Lunch was great again, Kaley was tending the bar, and it's always a pleasure. I tried the California chicken club & and grains she recommended, fantastic flavors. I smiled all the way home, still smiling. Thank you, Kaley.

I enjoyed my go-to, steak- mashed potatoes- roasted vegetables, but I wanted more. Kaley, a great bar lady, suggested a balsamic glaze addition to the veggies, and it was very tasty. Thank you Kaley, see you all next week, too.

I was greeted by Jordan, Open table reservation= points, and sat in the bar area, with Kaley, the smiling bartender. I enjoyed one of the daily specials., pizza,salad, & brownie pozookie, all flavorful, and I enjoyed every bite. Kaley asked if I wanted to use my $10 reward from BJ'S, and I replied, "No, I'll save it for next week when I order my steak."

Kaley was tending the bar, and it is always great to see her and ask her for lunch recommendations. She states the best deals and flavors, including the tasty desserts that are offered and difficult to decide the selection, their all good. See you again next week!

Great choice! My friends and I went here for our prom dinner and didn't feel out of place in the environment and found the menu to have something for us all! Would recommend.

Kaley, a friendly and caring bartender, reminded me of the slow roasted specials on Thursdays so I went with the ribs this time. They were very good, I should have opted for the full rack and get plenty of napkins or plan on licking your fingers. I'll be back next week, but not sure what I want to try next.

What a lunch, I enjoyed my go-to Sirloin, mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, brownie P., a Jeremiah Red, my full meal of the day. Kaley, the great bartender as she is, reminded me of my rewards I could use, but I saved them until next time. I realized I received OpenTable rewards having a great lunch here as well. What a lunch! Food was amazing, Drinks were amazing, initially we sat for about 20 mins before someone came over to greet us. We weren’t given any menus or anything. We end up sitting for so long that by the time the waiter came over to us we had already went online to pick everything we wanted… didn’t have any silverware to eat and waiter was always difficult to find over all just felt like the waiter didn’t want to really serve us. Atmosphere wasn’t inviting at all i truly felt kind of out of place with the way we were short talked by the waiter and we were subliminally being rushed to eat and leave. Definitely not inviting at all. I will never visit this location again the airport location is way better way more inviting and the servers are so nice they make you want to come back!! As a server myself this place could use some training with their servers especially with this being in the town center i was expecting exceptional service as we were there to celebrate an accomplishment quickly turned into let’s just hurry up and eat so we can leave

I've gone to several BJs locations between the East and West coasts and this was one of the slowest service that I experienced at any BJs so far. BJs is my go-to option for dinners and drinks, but we will avoid this one for as long as we can remember this experience.

I understand this is December, but 2.5 hours for a dinner is way more than we wanted to spend at BJs on a week day, with kids :-)

If they can't serve customers in a reasonable amount of time, they should try and avoid seating more customers until their kitchen is able to catch up.
