They were out of things in the menu and the server had no idea (poor management). Those items that we could not order were still on the bill. Just a mediocre experience. Server was super nice and apologetic.

The food is delicious and the service is great! I would highly recommend!

Our experience at BJ's at Jacksonville's Town Center was total failure. We had reservations and waited for almost 45 minutes to be seated. Once seated, we waited a long time for our food to arrive, and then we only received 3 of 4 entrees. Nothing was ever said regarding the 4th item although we asked about it. We also told the waiter that we did not have silverware or napkins. He came back 5 minutes later with plasticware and said that the kitchen was a mess and there was no silverware. He did not have any napkins. The waiter did not know the status of the 4th meal. I then walked to the bar and asked to talk with the manager. The chef came out and told me that he would have he would have manager come over to our table. After 5-10 minutes the manager came over and we told him that we still did not have napkins or silverware and that our 4th entree just came 10 minutes after the other 3 were delivered. The manager looked at us and said that the kitchen was out of control, they were really busy and then he asked if we wanted dessert which we declined. He showed no real concern regarding our experience. We continued to finish our meal while the bus buy piled up dishes at the table next to us and left them there until we left 30 minutes later. No one ever came back to check on us or ask us if we needed anything. It was by far the most disappointing and sad experience we have ever had at a restaurant of this category. None of the 4 of us will ever go back and I don't really think they care either way if we ever do go back.
