Lamar Evans and his company, Blended Trio knocked it out of the park for our event of 110 people! The only thing better than his food is his positive attitude - such a professional, goes above and beyond to please and is very prompt in responding to calls and emails. Ohhh and the food. People are still talking about the salmon. Not kidding. Lamar, you are amazing! THANK YOU!!!
Blended Trio catered my retirement party last night and the food was fantastic from the appearance to the taste. Much better than I thought it would be. If you've never tried the food truck you must so that you can have him cater your next event.
Chef Lamar is a godsend. The food is so good. Even my 4-yr-old enjoys his meals. The service just makes our hectic life a little easier and the prices are incredibly reasonable considering what you would spend on takeout. You will not be disappointed.
