The Lumpia Lady is truly one of a kind! She had me try some chicken with her special sauce and it was out of this world. I would highly recommend stopping at her food truck if you see it around Jacksonville❤️

This was my 2nd time patronizing this food truck. The 1st time I drove over 30 minutes to try it out and was honestly disappointed. 2nd time a year later I just happen to be leaving an appointment in Jacksonville and saw the truck by a gas station yesterday. I decided to give it another shot. This time I ordered the adobo chicken w/ white rice.
The owner cashed me out at the register. She was not very welcoming at all, just matter of fact. Not a personable attitude, no friendly smile, answered my question about the lumpia/spring rolls and that was it, and it left a bad taste in my mouth. She just came off cold. This is 2024, and there are plenty of food trucks around these days. My advice would be to always be friendly and appreciative towards your customers. They are the only reason your business exists. Many people leave their busy life to come stand in line to be there. Don’t take that for granted. Ever. Believe me, there are other Philippine cuisine trucks around. Just don’t forget without people driving to you to give your food a chance, you would not exist.
Overall, food was a 3/10. Would not recommend for taste and professionalism alone.
