Ngl, I heard some things about this place and I tried it for the first time today. Everything was good and tasty. Hot and fresh. The staff was courteous and helpful. I’m new to the area but I’ll definitely eat here again.

THIS IS MY FAVORITE NEW SPOT!!! First, the food is (hands down) the best soul food I’ve had in years! The food is fresh and seasoned to perfection. If you’re looking for the kind of soul food your grandma used to make, this is the place! The customer service is amazing. They make you feel like family. I have to sing the praises of my favorite servers, Dominique and Lakeshia. They were both so welcoming and attentive. They set the standard for how customers should be treated! I was beyond impressed. I highly recommend Blu Diner. You will not be disappointed!

I had to get two separate orders on my visit to this establishment. I was happy to see the business still thriving and still the best soul food in Jacksonville. The food, just like Big Mama, made my option. Courteous staff, the food was our of this world! Dine in or out. Dessert off the chain. Soo check out this soul food institute consistant quality food. Bring ya some loose clothes you gonna need em.

Ordered a baked chicken meal & a turkey neck meal. Gravy was definitely bland for both meals. Chicken was bland & looked undercooked. Turkey necks had no flavor either. The sides tasted great but the main dishes were so lackluster. & Cashier lady with the dreads so damn rude 😭 always got a attitude
