Absolutely love Blue San Marco. The whole meal no matter if it’s dinner, lunch, or pastries is phenomenal every time! The entire staff are so friendly and welcoming. We love dining there as much as we can!! Thank you Blue!
The bar at Blue is very comfortable and the drinks are excellent. Recommended.
Thursday night after work my friend took me to this new place Blue San Marco we had few appetizers and drinks which all was incredibly good , will go back soon for sure.

Blue San Marco is a new restaurant located at the old Bistro Aix site. The young staff serve a unique and interesting menu, complemented by excellent service and attention to detail in drinks and ambiance. The food is incredibly good, with standout dishes like the Savannah and the best arancini in Jacksonville. The chef has outdone himself, and the wait staff is praised for their amazing service. Although some items from the bar area were not available, the high-quality Scotch and welcoming greeters/host crew make up for it. Regular visitors look forward to new specials and menu items, which are always changing. While some dishes, like the octopus salad, could be improved, others, such as the stuffed cod, are phenomenal in texture and flavor. Blue San Marco is very much recommended for any occasion.
