Blue San Marco is a new restaurant located at the old Bistro Aix site. The young staff serve a unique and interesting menu, complemented by excellent service and attention to detail in drinks and ambiance. The food is incredibly good, with standout dishes like the Savannah. Although some items from the bar area were not available, the high-quality Scotch and welcoming greeters/host crew make up for it. Regular visitors look forward to new specials and menu items, which are always changing. Blue San Marco is very much recommended.
