Service soooooo slow. Went with 6 people. My entree came out 25 minutes before the other people. Dim Sum took forever. Shrimp crepes were horrible, tasted awful looked awful. Very disappointed

Blue Bamboo is hands down one of the best dining experiences in Jacksonville. The food was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. You can tell real care goes into every dish. The Sichuan bowl was packed with bold flavor without being overpowering, and everything came out hot and beautifully presented.
What really sets this place apart, though, is the customer service. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind from start to finish. They made great recommendations, checked in at the right moments, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable.
If you’re looking for amazing food, great service, and a place that clearly takes pride in what they do, Blue Bamboo is a must. I’ll definitely be back.

From the reviews this place looked amazing. Ordered Wonton soup and it came out cold. To be polite, we asked if it could be heated. It still came out lukewarm and flavorless. Ordered noodles and again the food was lukewarm, with no flavor. The noodles were white, and all the rest of the vegetables and chicken. Basically had no sauce on it. There is nothing Cantonese about this Restaurant. If a robot has to deliver your food, I guess it’s not worth going to.

Such a wonderful dining experience all the way around. Loved sitting in a booth in the bar area. It was cosy and easy to have a conversation.waitress was very attentive. We hosted 30 people in the private dining area for my 50th birthday. Tina (GM) made the menu and planning a breeze. She was communicative and exceeded expectations. Service from Ashley and Tagen was excellent and the food, from apps to entrees were the right temp and flavorful. Chef Denise and his team have a truly special place full of delicious food, charming people and a wonderful atmosphere, right in the heart of Mandarin!

Shout out to Tina and the staff for being so accommodating, especially today when it is so busy. Party of 13 served by Brandon and he was incredible. The restaurant was busy, busy he took care of us as if we were the only table in his area. Thank you Brandon for going above and beyond for our family. The food was amazing, everything is fresh and from the youngest 1.5 year old to the oldest in the mid 60’s enjoyed every morsel. Orange cake is truly award winning as posted. One of our favorite spots to eat. All the staff is always professional and welcoming. See you next year!

The best Chinese food I’ve had in Jax! A friend took us out for Christmas dinner, and I was so pleasantly surprised amazing service and even better food. The fried chicken is to die for, and I tried a mocktail with ube that was absolutely delicious. Such a lovely experience overall. Can’t wait to come back! 🫶🏼

Great service, very attentive, and the food (Crab Rangoons to start, Sichuan Beef Stir Fry, and their award winning Mandarin Orange cake to finish) was super tasty. The atmosphere was nice and clean, they have a cool robot serving table that helps the server bring the food to you. Chef Dennis is very friendly and asked every table how their food came out. I’ll be coming back with friends and family.

My first time dining here and it was amazing! Started out with an appetizer called Dragon Whiskers. Very yummy! I got the Honey Garlic Shrimp and my sister got the General Chicken. For dessert, we split a slice of the Orange cake. It was heavenly!! Already planning our next trip back!
