Thus was our first time dining at Blue Bamboo.....we were NOT disappointed. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. Loved my Mandarin Express Martini. We started with Spring Rolls, Cabbage Salad and Crispy Bok Choy.

We ordered take out tonight after scrolling Google for “restaurants near me” and we were SO pleasantly surprised to find this quality of food in our neck of the woods.
We had edamame (my kids devoured our leftovers) honey shrimp + rice, and pepper steak + rice.
Husband says the place is extremely nice inside, so I’d plan to dress up a bit if I were eating in! Overall, high remarks to the chef!
