I give it one star because working for them is a nightmare, you can't have any opinion, they say they are there for any difficulty that arises but they pay lip service to it and instead what the boss does is accumulate any complaint that you have against yourself just because you called to Texas to say how difficult, stressful and how badly the boss treats you and that's why they sent him on a cruise instead of retiring him, and after that he hit the employee until he managed You already know his purpose, since he has been working for this company for more than 40 years and he is already losing his patience with everyone. Retire, sir, and let someone new with new ideas be the next boss.

My coworkers have been searching everywhere for the Bride's cake ice cream. I called the creamery to ask if we could buy direct. Unfortunately we could not, but the woman who answered, Tricia, asked where I shopped for ice cream and informing her where we work and live she told us she would let her drivers know there is a want for it in those areas. She even told me to call her back if we don't see it there in a few days. Her customer service was above and beyond and the time she took with me to help our crazy obsession was very much appreciated. I'm not sure her position there, but she definitely deserves some recognition for her customer service. Thank you Tricia. We Will keep our eyes open and swoop up all the bride's cake. Very disappointed in the Strawberry and will never buy that again! It is sickening sweet, could barely find the strawberries and nothing like the Strawberry Ice cream we used to get. We are avid Blue Bell consumers and hope that you get your old Strawberry Ice Cream back. Also the Peach was wonderful and the Orange Swirl. Please bring them back!!!!
