Me and my girlfriend thought we would stop by to get a milkshake. The milkshake was pretty much milk with Oreo pieces in it. When I told the employee about it, he told me that there was nothing they could do. He said It was just like that because they had left the ice cream out and it was melted. So then I asked for my money back and I was told I couldn’t get a refund and I asked if they could remove it from the menu so no one else will try and get it and he said “nahhh”. The least a good manager could do is offer something else to replace the item, but instead I spent 16 dollars and left empty handed. I do not wish this restaurant on my worst enemy.

The best dining experience at UNF. For what it is, the food is pretty good and there’s a decent variety of options. But most importantly, considering it’s on a college campus, the food is cheap considering the price. Only downsides are that the service isn’t always great, such as how I consistently have to remind someone to give me the drink I paid for every time I visit. Furthermore, the soda fountains are often out of order to some extent and the sauce dispensers are usually empty.

My friend ordered the Osprey healthy salad. As she took a bite she smelled a strong pesticide. Thinking it was just in my head I took another bite and it became obvious the salad was not washed. When we asked the manager he said we wash the lettuce and offered another. My friend became physically sick and the manager still didn't offer a refund. Not good customer service or salad.

Staff is nice, but the place lacks atmosphere. There's little to no people whenever you go for lunch or dinner. No sense of identity for the restaurant.
