Sorry, but being from the south. I stopped and tried pulled pork sandwich. It's cool that it's local and run that way but it did take right at 20 minutes to get one barbecue sandwich with no one else but myself, also the pork had lot of fat in it. But the final nail in the coffin was a price one pulled pork sandwich and ice water $17 and change with no tip. Needless to say it's a tourist trap and a family of four stopping by just for some lunch could hit $100 easy. But do what you want.

I’m not the type to get excited over food but this place is a gem. I’m not big on mustard or mustard based anything- my whole sauce cup was gone. My plate was licked clean. If you’re passing by, you gotta check this place out. I cannot include pictures because I inhaled my food upon first sight. 10/10 will be coming again!

The sauces and sides were delicious. Best potato salad I’ve had in FL. But the ribs were dry and tough. Love the service and sides, ribs not so much.

Today is : 01-24-26. Wait time was ridiculous and you’re giving small pieces of meat, to top it off! ! I drove a good distance and was extremely disappointed. Let customers know upfront, if it will be a significant wait time! Especially, if it’s cold and windy outside like today. 45 minutes sitting in the cold. No courtesy drink.. no nothing. That’s it for me. Things happen but y’all need to step it up.
