The food was great but there were no prices on the menu for any of the combos and they charge an automatic 12% gratuity for tables of up to six (not sure what they charge for larger tables). The automatic gratuity probably explains the lack in attention we received from our waitress.

Place was great when it first opened up. Now it seems like the workers just don't care.
The boil was way over done. Shrimp was like rubber and the mussels were so overcooked.
Calamari couldn't even eat it. RUBBER!
OVER $200 for 3 people.
Place just isn't worth it.

Quality of the food was great, but there should be no reason anyone is paying a 6 dollar gratitude fee when you’re doing a to go order. Not only that but the fact that my bag had a hole in it right after picking it up and it getting crab juice every where in my car just shows that nobody should even pay that fee.. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN

The name says it all. Crab is there specialty. They do have a few other items to choose from like wings, and crawfish. The wings were good and the sweet potato waffle fries were delicious. The crab, their specialty, was cooked perfect but I wouldnt recomment the garlic butter. It had no flavor. Expect and open seated atmosphere with market priced food. There is a lit menu board as you walk in so you can see the menu before you are seated. We would have liked the waiter to attend to the table better. Or, if you order crab, get it with cajun seasoning instead of waiting for salt and pepper.

Got the snowcrab bc combo. Flavor is BEST crab place in Jacksonville. 10/10. I only eat the seafood boils tho. The fried shrimp was straight but I really come for the SEAFOOD boils...AMAZE-BALLS

Whenever I'm in the Bay Meadows area I would always stop by Big Crab!! The seafood is delicious!!

I had the pleasure of stopping in one evening headed home from a work trip. I was there on a Tuesday and they had BOGO on draft beer, so I was instantly happy. I ordered the Mussels Combo, which was bursting with flavor. I ordered mine spicy and it was perfect. They go above and beyond, I have proof. I signed my tab and left without grabbing my credit card, I live an hour and a half away. I got ahold of the restaurant, sent them a shipping label and they took the time to pack up my card and ship it out to me. Anytime I’m hungry and in the area, I know I can count on for fair prices, great food, and outstanding customer service. Kenny helped facilitate the return of my card, and Aliyah was the bartender I had that night. I can’t thank them both enough.

The food, we really good. WOW!
We had never been here before. So we really didn't know what to expect. Our server was nice and respectful. When you read the name, you're thinking lots of CRAB, but more of a southern boil spot. Full bar. Daily specials. We got there just after the rush. We got right in and sat, but you could tell they get busy.

Ordered a $200 take out order. Seafood must be in freezer for at least 5 years before they were served to people… This is literally the WORST seafood in my whole life.
