Wonderful experience! I drove over 20 mins just to go to Bojangles and my experience was amazing!! Very friendly staff! Just amazing all the way around! Ms. Crystal Rockwell was so nice and smiling and having a conversation with you! Made me feel so welcomed! Thank you

While traveling through the area I stopped by for a quick bite to eat.

Food was hot and fresh.

Service is good and the space is clean.

If you like Bojangles, then this is a good location for dining.

This place is horrible. The food is cold even when you ask if it's hot. Of course they always say yes but it was cold as if sitting out for hours. The chicken sandwich was incredibly hard. Even the steak biscuit was cold and hard. Apparently there is no quality control. The employees are rude and it's obvious by watching them they don't care about doing anything right. Tables are always dirty and the wait is very long. Do not waste your time eating here. Most Bojangles are pretty good. This particular one is the absolute worst. I would have taken. Then found back but we are traveling back home several states away.

The amount of rudeness you are greeted with is absurd. If you order a 12 piece, make sure you count your chicken as they will only give you 9. All of my sides were wrong and I didn’t even get any biscuits. Sad thing is I live 2 towns over so I won’t be driving back ever again.

Hoogle's Hours are wrong, they close at 10:30. Previous visits yielded typical bojangles food although quality/freshness has been near the lower end of the scale compared to other locations. Passed myltiple places to eat coming from tallahassee but held out to get some chicken. Ended up with a loves pre-made wrap. My level of amusement is subterranean.

Came through the lobby, cashier immediately sends customers away with saying they dont have chicken. The cashier was super rude. Been here multiple times and received below average food and terrible service. Obviously terrible management as well as staff. Wouldn’t recommend stopping here.

Had to wait for employees to finish their conversation before someone took my order. They gave me a bacon egg and cheese biscuit with no egg. I was the only customer there. What a mess

No experience. App said they opened st 5:30am but thr sign inside said 7:00am.

Thanks for the staff for making my large order of 12 people they were very kind and fast, specially gorgeous MYA 🫶🏻....the food was hot and fresh! 💯
