The food was absolutely delicious. They were so happy to see you when you walked in the door. They were very nice and kind. They were fast and quick. The place was very cleaned up and it seems like they were happy just be there and they were all working together as a team. What a great place to have lunch. I wish I would’ve caught everybody’s name, but I didn’t

This one is always fresh.

Food is great but the service sucks most of the time. Normally the people working are rude and act like they hate their job and people. If there was another one close I wouldn't go to this one at all

The two young guys up front are serious when it comes to quality control. They opened up my food to make sure it was the right food saw the biscuit. Looked a little bit dry and sent it back before I even had to say anything. Truly care about Customer Service and Miss sparkles the manager wanted their ensure that I had everything I needed prior to leaving really good experience

Always request fresh chicken if the crew does it look like they're in about their 50s or 60s. There is a group of black women that runs that show and they are phenomenal.

Cashier rude, fries over cooked, manager decide not to drop chicken after eight o'clock so some customer left. One customer forced them to drop chicken because it's not closing time. Employee arguin in front of customers. This is happening while I set with my son.

I asked how long the chicken had been up and was told that it just came out. The young male cashier wasn't really interested in checking into it for me and I could tell that he really didn't know if the chicken was fresh. Well I fell for his crap and ended up with some terrible chicken. I was going to take the survey but couldn't because the receipt that they gave me didn't have a survey code. I wasn't satisfied with the cold chicken that I received.
