It's a fast food place attached to a truck stop so....that being said, I thought the food was good. I gave a 5 star for service because I have to mention the woman that took our order at the counter, JJ is what her name tag said. JJ was very helpful, accommodating, and fun to talk to as this was our 1st time visit. JJ delivered our food to the table as well which was very nice. JJ, we appreciated you.
This was my first Bojangles experience. They were out of dirty rice. The chicken tenders were good, a little more batter than I'd like however. The biscuits were good, my friend had the peach cobbler one and liked it as well. The mac and cheese has zero flavor.
We were so sad when they closed all the Jacksonville Bojangles locations, but the great news is on Duval road at the truck stop there is a Bojangles! Every time my son flies in, the first stop is the drive-thru for four steak biscuits all for him! The staff are friendly and efficient, and we're thankful to still have a Bojangles
