This place is amazing. I bought a chocolate chip cookie it was gluten-free you would have no clue what was gluten-free and two loaves of sourdough bread. I’ve already eaten one loaf of the bread is so good.

Bold city health is amazing! It's a real wholistic health practice, where you aren't just a number. They care for you and about you (mind, body and soul), your family and also your story. They really want to help you become the best version of yourself and they cheer your victories and they give you a shoulder to cry to if you need it too. I love all the staff members and Dr. Erin, Dr. April and Dr. Logan are fenomenal. They are very knowledge, empathetic and love what they do, which always shows.

The adjustments are awesome. Staff is courteous and professional. Very encouraging and supportive environment, and doctors that seem to genuinely care about your well being. The facility is pristine and the workshops are very informative.

I was skeptical about chiropractic care for myself, personally, but after seeing a free consultation about how this care supports nervous system health, which impacts practically every other function of the body, I thought it was worth a try. Just over a month later, I began noticing increased range of motion in my neck that had been limited since whiplash I had from a car accident as a teen (about 20 years ago). They also give a range of services outside of chiropractic care to support full body health, such as supplements, exercise/fitness classes and training, wellness classes, and more.Additionally, their new facility is gorgeous and well laid out. It includes a private family room for set up for those with small children, which I appreciate so much for when I need to bring my twin toddlers in, too.One downside is they don't accept Tricare or Medicaid, which is disappointing for a military family with children on Medicaid, but their payment plans are negotiable.

I highly recommend getting the green light from a Physician, prior to beginning treatments. After just a few adjustments at this establishment, it made my condition worst. I felt like I was back to square one and I'm still trying to bounce back as we speak. I also ended up in the ER shortly after getting an adjustment. Stay clear of this place unless your physician says it's ok. Not to mention, they tried to charge me over a $100 per adjustment, which is robbery in itself. When I initially called and spoke to the front desk representative to discuss the situation, she was very rude and sarcastic. She was not empathetic at all. Unbelievable! I totally regret coming here. It was one of the worst decisions.
