Back in December, I ordered online for 7:10 curbside. Included a $10 tip for curbside bc I had my kids in the car and needed to be efficient. Got there at 7:09. Waited a few, then called. Was put on hold immediately, waited for 7 minutes, so I finally hung up. Responded to a text at 7:26 that order was ready. No response, so I finally left the kids in the car and went in. Very delicious food for the most part but the fries were limp and soggy by the time I got them. There’s got to be a better system. I don’t mind tipping for a service, but I wasted time and money on this one.Today—ordered online/paid ahead. Went to pick it up at the designated time and the doors are locked. No one answered the phone. Now what!?

The only reason I gave 4 stars is the price. 5 stars everybody, everything. Although it's like five guys burgers and fries. Real good food but priced out of reach to eat here more than 1 time a month or 2.2 people 3 drinks, 20% tip food = $100. Good alone, $75. Food happy hour prices, $3 beers, Again, good food great! Price a low 2 star. Total score 4 points average. Drop the price 20% I will be there weekly.

Have no idea about the food since I never received it. Placed an order on Saturday, my order went through and my card was charged. Only to show up to the restaurant and find out that they are permanently closed to public health safety measures.... Aka, don't try to eat here. By the way, there's still a Bonchon in the Southside, in the Town Center so there's that.

Food is awesome. Order at counter... Sit down.... Eat.. then pay. Weird confusing concept. Pay and order at the same time. People will still tip for mediocre service. Figure it out please.

Ordered online via the app and order was confirmed. Showed up to pick up and they were closed. No sign, online hours said open. So frustrating..long day at work and hungry stopped to pick up an order and they were closed. Terrible..if you need to close change your hours and disable online ordering..it’s not rocket science.

Y'all better think twice. On August 19,3023 this place was on the news over a inspection. The inspector found 19 fly traps with 50 dead flies!

I used to be a regular at this place because the food was so well prepared and consistent. However, recently there's been a string of mismanagement and bad incidents. Just yesterday I ordered a family meal for pick-up, only to arrive to find the store was closed down. There was a paper saying something about a staff emergency. While it was annoying, I thought that it wasn't a big problem, I'll have to go somewhere else, and I'll call them later. The next day however, after multiple failed calls to them, it turns out they were still closed, and yet still the order was still confirmed and charged to me. If a staff emergency causes your store to suddenly shut down for 2 days without any other indication besides showing up to your doorstep (because it still says this store is open during these days) then there's something majorly wrong with how this place is handled. Such a shame.

I love this place. The new fries are the best, The new Tacos Bulgogi are amazing. Fried rice Bulgogi all you can think about food and taste is good. If you like spicy they have it. If you don't they no spicy food also. I see a lot people come and take out.I like to enjoy my food when is cooked and warm.I really recommend this place.

Normal kinda place inside, but the service was quick and attentive. I had the boneless soy garlic wings. Reeeeally great cook on them and the flavor was awesome. They only have a few wing flavors but that's adequate considering how well they come out.Also had the seasoned fries. Crispy and not too heavy, but the seasoning added very little. Not worth the extra few dollars. It all feels a tad overpriced, but I did enjoy my meal

Tried to introduce my friend to this amazing food because it normally is. This experience was AWFUL! Waited over an hr for 2 small orders. My friends order was wrong and her daughter couldn’t eat it. My pork buns tasted rancid!!! I had to toss it. Wings that are normally delicious and crispy were fatty and rubbery! Gross. So sad because I usually enjoy it but not sure if I’ll be heading back and now I gotta pray I don’t get sick from that pork bun!!

My new favorite place for Korean fried chicken. Soy garlic as my favorite flavor. Possibly the best fried chicken, wings and legs I have ever eaten. A little pricey, but worth it.

Placed an online order for pickup at 130pm on 5.1.23. But when I arrived it had a sign on the door saying closed until 4pm. Uber eats only knock on door. Well since they took my money I tried to knock on the door but no answer. I work in healthcare for 12+ hour shifts and used my 30 min break to go pick up the food. Unfortunately, after that didn't have time to go elsewhere. And still have yet to reach anyone about getting my money back. Since this location is unreliable on their hours I sure won't be returning.

It was hard to rate on the atmosphere, as the inside was closed due to the fact that only one person was present.Was not particularly impressed with the food.The octopus dumplings were okay. Not worth ten dollars though.The bulgogi tasted odd. The meat appeared to be some ground up paste almost, it was supposed to be beef, but it didn't taste like any beef I've ever seen. I worked in a slaughterhouse , never saw anything like it.My girlfriend said that bulgogi is supposed to be meat strip, I don't know.Maybe the chicken is better, I don't know.What I do know is 42 dollars was a waste here.

We ordered their popcorn shrimp and wings. Their wings are probably the best I’ve had and I love their sauce! The popcorn shrimp is good but nothing to rave about.

First time here with the family. The chicken was delicious and fried/seasoned pretty well. I highly recommend the seasoned zucchini fries. We thought the place was a bit overpriced but overall food was good.
