Was disappointed in the fact that you were out of lobster tails. Also when making the reservation we were asked if it was a special occasion - it was , our anniversary. No mention was made of that - why ask if the information isn't used.

We had a delicious meal and wonderful service. There was a child that was screaming and causing a huge disruption. The parents ignored him, I know it's hard for the staff to handle, but it would have been nice if they could have asked the parents to pay attention to the child and quiet him down.

Had a great time. And our waitress was the best! Ugh I forgot her name.... I want to say it was Natalie. Food was great! Only bummer was someone had brought there unruly child to the restaurant and thus dampened the mood some.

When we brought the undercooked Atlantic Salmon to the attention of our waitress, she asked us what we would like her to do. She was asking us if we wanted to have the undercooked salmon taken back to the kitchen to be cooked some more, or if we wanted a replacement. We told her we just wanted salmon that's been properly cooked and not left partially uncooked on the inside. So, she said she'll bring us another salmon entree. The waitress could have taken the undercooked salmon with her, but she didn't. So, anyway, we were surprised that the replacement entree was also, similarly undercooked. We got the message and didn't complain again, but we won't be going back to Bonefish Grill ever again.

Waiter did not place one of the six orders. when it arrived I refused it, since my guest had nearly finished. My wife and I shared what was left of her meal. Management comped my order and gave me one to go.and were very very apologetic. I will return.

We went to the Wicked special dinner and the drinks and food were delicious!! Manager was wonderful. It was a large crowd so service was alittle slow but overall it was a great time and we loved the menu
