I asked to be seated near a electrical outlet.So I can charge my phone while i'm eating. The waitress bald face lied to me and said there isn't any. I walked out and went to The Pig BBQ down the road from here.

Atmosphere was nice. BBQ cheese fries wasn't of my taste. Cheese was hot and fries were room temp warm. I just ate the top where cheese was place. Corn nuggets where hot and good always. Baked beans where hot and good too.

This is starting to be the worst bonos in the city of Jacksonville.
My daughter brought us dinner for my 70th birthday. My sweet potato was burnt and was very black. One of the other dinners had corn as the side and it was burnt also. I called the store manager and he argued I’ve left a message for the corporate office. We eat at Bono’s 3 to 4 times a month, but I won’t eat there again since the manager argued with me.

Bono’s has good food, there is no denying it! But they need to check drive thru orders better. I ordered a large 2 meat combo, with Mac & cheese & onion rings, added a sausage link & an extra order of garlic toast. This is a lot of food for me & will last me 3 meals. I wanted the extra garlic toast for those meals. Not only was my order of garlic toast not in my order but the piece of garlic toast they gave me must have been put in the microwave 6 times. I couldn’t bite into it or chew it. They really need to do better. And no, I wasn’t going back to get the rest of my order, I shouldn’t have to. They need to do better.
