I had a very unpleasant experience at the Duval Station Bono’s. I purchased two rib dinners, when I got home I noticed that the ribs were cold, black, hard very overcooked. I called the store and asked to speak with the manager to explain my concerns. She showed no empathy or concern, only to tell me that no other customers had a problem with the overcooked ribs. Also, she suggested that I bring these items back to the store before she could do anything. I don’t understand how someone could have the heart to serve customers food like this. Please be aware of your food at this location. look at your food very closely before leaving..

Been coming here for abt three months great service ,good food & waitresses are amazing very attentive , the cleanliness of the restaurant really stands out keep up good work ;) very pleased ;)

i usually have an amazing experience at bonos but me and my mom went to a new location and our server seemed very passive aggressive. very convenient that we were the only black people in there. i wouldnt usually make it a race thing but the guests before us seemed to get a little more respect.

Went here for dinner on Wednesday night. The chicken so was dry that it was like cardboard. No telling how long it was sitting. A good BBQ establishment doesn't serve dry chicken and a good cook wouldn't serve it cause you can tell it's dry when you cut it. I recommend that you watch what you order here at this place. I'm not a complainer I just write reviews about how the establishment was that night.

I tried to call in to place and order for pick up but got yelled at by the server because they got a new phone system that continuously hangs up on the caller when placed on hold! They were RACIEST, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE,UNFRIENDLY AND JUST PLAN RUDE AND NASTY!!! Even after speaking to the manager he didn’t try to offer another option or solution. I proceeded to ask the manager for the number to corporate number he told me to google it! I had to give a one star to leave a review!

Asked for a pound of lean and got a little container of fat. For the price you think you would get a good amount. Expensive and nasty. Taste terrible and just sucks overall.

I was at the Duval Station location Sunday, Dec 29th at approx 1:30PM. I waited at least 10 minutes for a table and no one came forward to greet or seat me while I was standing at the front door. When I arrived there was no one in line for take out orders. Two female employees were sitting at the bar talking to each other while I was standing at the front door. A gentleman wearing an apron spoke to me from across the bar and asked me what I needed. I told him I'm waiting to be seated. He got the attention of the two female employees who were talking to one another the entire time I was waiting, to assist me. My husband, who was parking our car in the rain walked in and was surprised that I was still waiting to be seated. We left and drove to Sonny's on Lane Ave to get ribs. Sonny's had limited staff and was busy but I was greeted twice as soon as I arrived by two different waitresses and was told someone would be with me right away. I was seated in 3 minutes.

Parking: This location is next to Publix and was very busy when I arrived.

I preorder 2 weeks advance and paid didn't get what was order also management said they would refund me to we can't find your information the manager Ronnie or Ron admitted they took to long to refund me to giving a problem about the issue
