Third time to go orders. Quality was sub-par. The order was wrong each time. Counter person was rude when you told her it was wrong and missing something. She ignored other customers at the window after they picked up their food and had issues. I used to work in the bbq business, and I know the difference between pulled pork and chopped pork. Told me that when they pull the pork, it gets accidentally chopped. Really, what???? Won't ever patronize this location or any others. I keep hearing the same stories from other people who went to other locations.

Bono's is great! The food is amazing! Really good barbeque! Can't go wrong with any menu item and the prices are reasonable. The service is quick and the staff is friendly.

Went 5-3-25 for wing basket. I requested all flat, which I've got before! The manager came out and stated they were low on flat at 2pm and could not do???? They act like the 1.00 off menu prices is some big special!!! Don't make up a reason, just say you can't do that day. I also go to other Bonos and never an issue, yes even with 1.00 special, they just add 1.00 back for all flat-real simple!! Manager needs good customer service skills to handle such a simple thing!

I haven't been feeling good and I decided to pick up a quart of Brunswick stew and three pieces of garlic bread. Unfortunately, my Brunswick stew was more like vegetable soup. I love Bonos. This time not so great.

I got a large pork dinner and the sides were great but the pork left a lot to be desired. It was all little pieces which is fine if I got a salad but not as a dinner. I needed a spoon to eat it since the were so small.
This is the bono's on Merrill road. I don't go to this place. I took my friend there because she lives down the street she's an older lady and she wanted a meal. This is what she wanted. But I don't go here haven't for years after I took my daughter for a meal here and spent over $60 Force french fries basically. I did review this place before. . .

I am very disappointed in my most recent experience. I ordered a family meal for delivery. Every item in my order was overcooked and tasted like old reheated food. I spent $100 and nothing in my order was edible. They didn't even include sauce. If the restaurant is concerned about losing customers, start checking the food that is coming out of your kitchen.

This location is pretty good. The atmosphere is great and the staff are always nice. I'm giving it 3 stars because I'm a big brisket eater and anytime I get brisket it's always dry, even when I specifically ask for fattier or more moist cuts of meat it's still dry. Another thing is the portions. I'm not a big guy, but I love bbq, and they just don't give you as much as they used to compared to what you actually pay, which easily can exceed 40 bucks for 2 people. The turkey is great and the sides are good too but I will say that they are lacking on the chicken. It's usually dry and pretty small, small like the chicken itself was small. It's an enjoyable experience when my wife and I don't feel like driving out to Mission BBQ. No disrespect to Bonos, I just enjoy their brisket a lot more.
