I came there looking for good brisket meal what I got for 21 dollars was nothing but fat when I called they said u have to ask for lean well my boss ordered the same a week ago and did not at any time did she have to say lean and it was great so I don't belive u to ask for lean the brisket was so bad I couldn't eat it so unfortunately they lost my business

$17 for a pulled pork platter with an extremely small portion of meat, which was mostly fat, 1 small potato, a couple bites of green beans and 1 piece of bread. Y'all ought to be ashamed of yourselves. Definitely won't be back.

I paid 27 dollars for a 3 meat combo and this is the trash that was delivered...fatty end of the pulled pork and big, old chunks of brisket that were sliced incorrectly therefore making it like shoe leather. I called the location since Uber Eats refused to refund. They apologized, but offered no solution...crappy customer service and garbage food. This used to be our go to Bonos.

What have you done to the turkey?! Chopped? Yuck. I've been going for 20+ years for sliced turkey and today it's chopped? Believe it or not, it changes the flavor, like drinking bourbon out of a paper cup. I'll avoid Bonos until you change it back

the people place things and food were all in perfect order. the ribs are the best in the city, nice and tender and I can actually chew them. 5 stars for everything.

Wheelchair accessibility: while I am not in a wheel chair yet I am on a cane and the space to move about is adequate. Bono's takes care of it's ADA customers.

I ordered the 3 bone rib meal. The size of the ribs are ridiculous. I asked for center cut. What they presented dtill wasn’t satisfactory. Requested a refund.

Ordered take out. Has a real southern Florida atmosphere, feels like a small town bbq joint, very laid back. Food could’ve been better, i normally order from the Merrill road location but this was closer at the time. Brisket was cooked well but portion was very small, chicken was dry and seemed as if it had been sitting out a few hours and reheated, the ribs were about 3.5/5. I’ll give it another shot next time I’m in the area and revise my update if any changes.
