The hospitality that was shown to us when visiting this location was A+ rated. The smoked meat platter (chicken, ribs, pulled pork, brisket) and sides (sweet potatoes, corn nuggets, okra, greens) were delicious. Not a lot of sit down traffic during our visit but take out orders were really flowing throughout the night.

I ordered a rib plate large and they were dry and over cooked. My husband ordered a 3 meat salad that was a little bigger than his hand for $16.49. We were in Duval vacationing but we live in TX so we won't be doing that one again.

I grabbed a small dark meat chicken platter to go. The chicken portion was really small, honestly looked more like something from a kid’s meal. It was dry. However, the sides were solid. The mac & cheese was decent, but the green beans were definitely the star for me. Service was good. The two ladies at the front were super friendly.
