I NEVER write reviews about restaurants no matter how good or bad the experience is. So let that sink in. My server was extremely polite and hardworking. She kept a good eye on our table, and despite being only one of two servers on the floor during lunch rush she did a great job and brought our food out in a timely manner. If the manager/owner of this location is reading this please give Brittany a raise! The food is equally as amazing as the service. I tried the St. Louis style ribs and sausage and they were both some of the best barbecue I’ve had in my entire life. The ribs were moist and tender and paired well with the sweet and tangy sauce! But my favorite part would HAVE to be the baked beans. Overall I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Jacksonville or anybody on a quest to find the world’s best barbecue. Bono’s Yall were amazing and I will absolutely be coming back again soon!

Awesome. Simply awesome. Always loved Bonos, especially this location. Johnny and the crew were outstanding! So nice and welcoming. Food was perfect. Literally watched the food be taken out of smoker, chipped and put in front of us. Thank you guys again!

My receipt shows Kady took my order…. She had the best attitude & was managing drive-thru, to-go orders & refilling customers drinks that walked up & I even seen her go to Wawa for change!!! All at a fast pace… this lady deserves recognition!!!

Extremely slow. Must be shorthanded. Waited on drive through and the line wasn’t moving. Went inside and it was worse.

Employees were nice but something is broken with service process. Not coming back here for drive through or express.

First time here was impressed with good quality and quantity. Best Mac and cheese I've had in a restaurant in many many years. Hubby loved the roasted corn on the cob and the brisket was melting in our mouths. We'll be back for sure⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They have pretty good banana pudding. Beef brisket had too much fat on it.
