I don’t understand how this place has only 4.3 star reviews. I have ordered many times and food has been great and service has been fine. Michael is professional and friendly. Orders were correct and within the promised pick up time. I normally order few times before writing a review. Want to be as fair as possible. I’ll keep ordering pickup from this place.Thank you

Got two large dinners in the drive through and asked for lots of sauce. GOT 4... Not even enough for half a dinner.. I always tip well, so that's what I get.

They do not honor whats on their menu,customer service is terrible, I eat at many bonos, this is the worst one. Top it off when I got home my order was wrong, I do not reccomend this one. Yes michael and sue are terrible to deal with, bonos is good, just not at this store. You would think they would correct what you paid for, not this store.

The food was excellent. Everything exceeded our expectations. We both felt the Lima beans were as good as we'd had anyplace. The service was excellent. We were immediately greeted and seated. The server provided very attentive service. The interior was clean and what you expect from a well run Bono's. We will definitely try this again.
