Bono's Pit Bar-B-Q

As a Texan BBQ snob, I found the smoked turkey and sausage completely up to snuff. The fried okra was the best I've ever had. Kelly, our server, was friendly and warm and helpful with menu suggestions. Based on this experience, I will return to this location and I will recommend this location to family and friends.

We ordered take out and out of three meals every item but 1 was cold. We've never had this happen at this location and we almost always order takeout. Very surprised at this

I just got the most DISGUSTING food from this place. I purchased the large rib platter.. these are the hardest most crunchiest ribs on earth... I could sell them to Tires Plus as tread... And I have never in my life had macaroni and cheese juice. There is so much liquid in this Mac and cheese I almost put on my bathing suit... I could drink it if I wanted to. I'm too scared to eat the greens... Just awful Do Better.

The service was really spotty. Our waitress came back only once, while our mouths were full, to ask if our food was good. She never once asked about refills on our drinks until we were ready to leave. And then it was if we wanted to go cups. The ribs were really good, but the Cole slaw was dry and didn't taste good. I even put salt on it, and it didn't help - at all.
And as always, a little on the pricey side. Most Bono's are worth it, but not this one

Excellent ribs! Slow smoked to perfection, nice selection of sauces to appeal to any taste. Southern fried okra was crispy on the outside, and soft in the middle. Coleslaw was very good as well. Even the price of the food was great. Highly recommend a stop here.

Very fast and good quality lunch. No complaints except when you are in the bathroom there is a motion sensor for the light that is set for probably 5 minutes so if you are at the urinal everything is good but if you are in the stall, prepare to turn on your cell phone flashlight.
