When you go to a new restaurant, first impressions are very important. The instant I opened the front door and that rich, smoky BBQ smell just rolled over me, I knew this was going to be a great place. The service was fast, pleasant, and the food was incredible. From assorted meat plates to BBQ sandwiches and sides, everything was piping hot, savory, and satisfying.

It’s got that full-on chain restaurant energy, you know? The food’s fine, the vibe’s fine… everything’s just aggressively fine. Nothing really sticks with you. Honestly, you’d probably make better memories just cooking at home with your family. At least there, when something goes wrong, it becomes a story. Here, it’s just… a receipt.

Very disappointed. Order large two meat and it was not that much food. Ordered fatty brisket and turkey. Brisket was lean and I told them and they argued with me. I left took the food homes r opened it the brisket was not only lean but stringy and old. The turkey was so dry around the edge it was like really bad jerky. The greens were ok and the slaw was good. Bread had burn marks around the edge. So disappointed. When you crave bbq and you get this for over $20 it’s a damn shame.

First time in the area and wanted some BBQ and found Bonos. They serve beer and wine, which was a delight to hear! What a delicious meal we had, The pulled pork sandwich was loaded with pulled pork. The ribs were fall off the bone. The variety of barbecue sauces on the table were spectacular. Truly enjoyed the decor and the signs in the restroom. Our waitress was amazing, she was very friendly, very nice and such a great personality she had. Didn’t catch her name but she had the pink hair. You guys need to make a Smoked Deep Fried Rib!!!
Ordered on the app for a pickup and we were extremely disappointed in the wings and pulled pork, both of which were dry. Threw the wings away, they were not worth eating. Hate wasting money like that! Green beans and banana pudding were excellent. Unfortunately we won’t be back to Bono’s for bbq, hate to pay that much for meat that is subpar.

I went to this location for lunch today, being that I was in the area. This was my first time at this location. There was plenty of parking spaces. I decided to order a pulled pork sandwich topped with cheese, and a smoked sausage. I also had fries as my side. The pork was flavorful and moist. The sausage was nicely smoked. The fries were very good as well. I will return to this location again.

Got a two meat combo chicken/ribs i sent the chicken back because it was dry and I didn't eat the ribs.. The texture looked Ilkie the boiled the ribs v or it was prepared in a electric smoker. I wished I could post a picture of the ribs. Very yucky. Im going to eat Bono's off of Lanes Ave. This pit master has failed the art of smoked cooked ribs

I called to place an order and the manger was very rude. She was rushing to take my order and then had the nerve to say she didn’t have time to go over the whole menu with me. I asked her one question and she gave attitude with every response. I then asked to speak to the Manger and she replied she is the manger. I’m not sure how true that is but if she didn’t want to do her job she shouldn’t be there. I told her she was being very rude and that she sucks as a manger and proceeded to hang up in my face. I did not catch a name sadly.
