Well I wasn't going to leave a review but it's 6:45pm and I think the shits I currently have 2 1/2 hrs after eating it says I should. I had a 2 meat combo. The chicken was still red in the middle, the beef brisket was so under cooked I had to put it in the oven to cook it more before eating it, the okra wasn't crispd like it usually is, the garlic bread and corn on the cob was the only thing all the way done. They said 10 minutes when I ordered over the phone I got there 15 minutes later instead, then had to stand there and additional 10 minutes before actually getting my food. The man packing the food was eating didn't even wash his hands before packing it, the cook was moving at snail speed. Listen this use to be one of my favorite places to eat not no more.

Mac and cheese was watery.The ribs wasn't falling off the bone it was chewy like they didn't remove the membrane. I had stomach aches right after. I couldn't even finished the ribs. That's the first time I had a bad plate from here.

The food wasn’t good tonight. I ordered the brisket and rib platter with mac &cheese. The brisket had so much fat on it with the outer part charred. The ribs were ok, it wasn’t juicy nor falling off the bone, it was just ok. The mac &cheese was so runny…I never seen mac & cheese made so badly like that. I will not be ordering from here again.

So I ordered take-out, my first time ordering from this place. I will list out everything I ordered...as the food itself seemed great. Had no complaints until afterwards... -Smoked Turkey Sandwich w/ mac n' cheese and green beans. -Corn nuggets -Arnold Palmer. Customer service was great at the takeout counter. I go home, eat...then within 30mins-1hr, I get really sick. This was literally the only meal I had that day so I figured that I got food poisoning. And I'm not sure from what exactly.
But if you do eat here, be wary. I won't be ordering from here again.

Best baked beans. When you look for barbeque, to me, the meat is all the same. The sides are what is different. Best beans... Still looking for someone with really good slaw (hint: must be made with shredded cabbage, not chopped!)

I ordered a three meat salads at 1:16 p.m. and at 1:,36pm I watched two ladies get there food before me who ordered after myself. I really don't understand what's so hard to build a salad and put 3 varieties of meat on it! Very unsatisfied.

Worst DInner Experience Ever!!!!! Me and 3 friends decided to go to your Bono's after the Jacksonville Fair on Thursday, November 7th, since they were open till 10 PM. Could not have had a worst dining experience!! First off the table was sticky. Then since we arrived around 9 PM it almost seemed to the 4 of us that they were mad we were dining in that late. From the service to the lack of showing any care! The waitress got our drink order and appetizer order fast. The onion rings were the best thing about the order. Then we waited 15 minutes after the onion rings came out to place the order. We sat there and looked on as no one else was in the place, but it was like we were forgotten that we were there. I ended up getting up from the booth to go get someone. I found our waitress on her phone watching YouTube or TikTok videos like she had forgotten about us. When I told her we were ready to order she was shocked to see me there catching her on her phone instead of serving us and getting our order placed. Then once the food came out we all got the 3 meat platter. Mac & cheese, baked beans, and fries were good. But brisket was dried out like it had been sitting out! Very dry and not appealing. Same for the pulled pork also. Very dried out like it has been sitting around. on 2 of ours the turkey tasted rubbery. The only thing that was good was me and my friends sausage. For $108 and that type of service and lack of food flavor I am disgusted! You need a new staff and manager to check on their patrons to show that someone actually cares!!
