Boot rack was my first gay bar I have been to and I absolutely love the atmosphere. The bartender Keith is so lovely to deal with and makes me feel very welcomed every time I go . I would definitely recommend going there you won't be disappointed. They have karaoke every other Friday and pool table to play on also a outside seating area which is very chill.

Absolutely amazing place to be! This place has helped me grow out of my shell in so many ways. You meet people of all walks of life here, they bring a warmth to the community AND accept people from outside of the community as well! They've been accepting to the whole LGBT+ society which is a rare but an amazing thing to come across with a bar! Not to mention the themed nights that bring lots of fun and a way to connect with people even more! Bartender Steven is an exceptional addition to this bar as well, brings me lots of joy seeing him join in on karaoke! The regulars here also give off an awesome and wholesome vibe! If you want to meet new people, have a good time, and feel safe- THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!Parking: Lots of places to park, and 3 entry/exit pointsWheelchair accessibility: The bar itself is wheelchair accessible, the patio has a ramp as well as the entrance to the inside. Sadly only the restroom isn't accessible. BUT they are service dog friendly!

This is the oldest gay bar left in Jacksonville, its beer and wine and reduced liquor. It's The only place in town that the bartender will remember your name and actually have a conversation with you. You don't need a group of friends with you to have a good time.Also, It's not a man's bar! as it once was in the 90s. It's a different world now and the bar realized that, Everyone is Welcome here. Please come check out a part of history in Jacksonville FL. Don't get dressed up, come as you are. We'd like to meet the real you.

Went for the first time tonight and FYI it is ALL men. but everyone was so lovely and friendly I felt so welcome even being the only woman there. They even put womens soccer on for me LOL. Not great if you want to meet girls but perfect to meet new friends and have fun 10/10 would recommend.
