Best Pod Thai I’ve ever eaten, others had shrimp & scallops and another pork loin all magnificent in taste and presentation. I’ll be back!!

We have been coming here for several years. It has really gone downhill. On our last visit, our food had no flavor, was very salty, and you can tell the curry had been watered down. To “fix” it, they just added additional coconut milk. They brought it back with chunks of white stuff and it was cold. I couldn’t eat it. Not only did they not offer any discount or to prepare a different dish, they attempted to double charge us for drinks! We will not go back again. Also, don’t go when it is hot outside—they do not lower the thermostat and it gets very warm inside, especially near the windows.

A very unexpected gem in this plaza. 😄 The interior is GORGEOUS! You'll see what I mean when you see the wooden art piece/framework around/on the back wall of the dining area. The staff were very kind and friendly. The food was delicious and there were generous portions. Please come support this place!

Dropping a quick review. Haven't been here in several years. I would come by after visiting my wife on a lunch break in the past when she worked nearby. After being disappointed by all of the nearby Thai places (think IKEA area) - I figured I'd grab some Pad Thai on the way home tonight. For the same price as the places near my home - I was treated to nearly three times the food and offered a place to sit and some water while I waited for my takeout. When I got home the food was cooked well with plenty of beef (we all know places that skimp). I am looking forward to coming back and enjoying this and other dishes soon.

First time here, and the restaurant did not disappoint. I ordered a pad thai, no spicy and it was amazing 5 out of 5. Crab fried rice and pad sew also did not disappoint. Service also was great. We will be back for sure.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tried this Thai place for the first time on date night and was seriously impressed! The food was delicious, full of flavor, and the portion sizes were generous — definitely worth the visit. Great spot for a casual night out. We'll be back!

What a hidden gem I discovered last night! I have been on the hunt to find a delicious Panang Curry in the area, and Bounxou delivered!! Not only was the Panang on point, but we tried the Thai Spaghetti too, and it was a pallet pleaser! The portion size of each dish is generous, definitely share size, or even better- leftovers for the next day! The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice and the service is very friendly! I'm definitely going back and giving this establishment my business!

Best food, decor, and service among all the Thai restaurants in Jacksonville. The pad Thai is generous in portion size and has that homemade authentic taste and look. Been eating here every weekend.
