We ordered and waited 40 minutes or so to receive food a different waiter brought our food and slammed down the tray spraying ketchup in my wife's hair all over clothes and just stood there and smirked no apology nothing of course it ruined the entire experience and lunch had to ask for a manager who was the rudest older woman that stated she would cover our lunch and if we didn't want to come back that was just fine very unprofessional staff and management this was a weekend lunch spot but it will never be again you have been warned.

Brick was very delightful. We came during lunch time and sat outside. Very good service regarding timing and being nice. The Wagyu burger was delicious. Very pleasant experience!

Very poor service, when a patron complained about not getting food after entire table had been served and finished their meals, they were kicked out and threatened with police while sanding on the side walk. I wasn't there but this was a dinner group that meets pretty often around town and definitely were not white trash, I think was the term.

We ate there last night. It has really gone down. Not enough help and mediocre food. Very sad. This used to be one of the best places in Avondale. If you complained about anything, the managers were very rude. Don't waste your time or money.

I've lived in Jax a while now. Admittedly, it's been a long time since I have dined here. It seems like the brick has certainly evolved. The menu looks very appealing, although it is a little expensive you do get what you pay for. I just tried the black bean burger with sweet potato fries. It was delicious. Fresh, crisp, and flavorful. I want to try more, though. I think our sever was Christian, I may be wrong, the service was excellent.
