Terrible first time experience. Ordered three salads and Chicken Parm dinner. They told me they did not have Baked Ziti or spaghetti with meatballs so I asked for chicken parm. Caesar Salads all premade and basically lettuce only with little cheese. Greek salad worse I ever had. Same salad with Feta cheese does not make it a Greek salad. No dressings provided with the salads. The chicken parm had no pasta and tomato paste on top. $40 wasted. Won’t be back.
Absolutely no follow through on customer service. My husband went in and ordered 3 pies, a salad, and garlic knots around 7pm or so on a Sunday. When he got them home two of the pizzas were entirely wrong and the third was the wrong size.
He called, and despite it being a little past 8, a woman answered. The one he had placed the order with in fact. He told her about the issue and she said they couldn’t do anything to fix it tonight but would follow up and make it right....read full review
Hours are posted as open until 8:30p on their website. Showed up at 7:45p on the way home from work (note the time of this post and I’m already home after grabbing food at a nearby restaurant). There was one family eating in the dining room. Stood at the register for awhile. Nobody greeted me. Staff cleaned around me.
