The chocolate (my fav) is never thick and creamy at the location. I usually get a large waffle cone and you can't lick it or it will fall out of the cone. You have to eat it so fast due to it being so soft I can't enjoy it. I have stopped going to this location. 😞 please fix this.
Bruster's Real Ice Cream is one of the best ice cream spots in Jax! My favorite is the Hershey’s Special Dark Chocolate. What made my recent visit even better was being served by Jessica. She had such a positive vibe and was genuinely happy to be there. As soon as I walked up, she greeted me with a warm smile and was so kind, offering to let me try different flavors without making me feel guilty (we all know that awkward moment). She was super knowledgeable about the menu...
Walked up, and they had multiple people ready to take our order. A huge variety to choose from, including milk shakes and sundaes. Kids got a scoop each, and I ordered an oreo shake. Craving satisfied. Will be back since they open till 10pm.
