Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Good place, friendly staff. Fast service, when you ask for extra on a blast any size, you actually get extra for sure. Brownie sundaes are large in size. Located next to a busy intersection, ease of access is not the greatest, road noise, etc. But all in all, it's a great place to get great ice cream.

Bruster’s has the best fresh homemade ice cream and you get a lot for your money. My wife and I are ice cream addicts and we Brusters!!! The flavors are amazing and I love the waffle bowls. 🤤

Ordered a banana split, 2scoop chocolate, and a pup Sunday, payed, wasn’t given a copy of receipt, and after driving off saw we weren’t given our full order. The people there are amazing don’t get me wrong it just sucks being given the wrong order after paying for everything.

Normally this place is on top of it I gave it five stars a few years ago I'm changing my rating because I am More important than whatever you've got going on on your phone.
I am no longer supporting establishments that if I have to wait for somebody to check their phone before they come and talk to me then I will not be a customer any longer.

We purchase our sundaes based off picture. Chocolate chip cookie sundae. When we got it it look nothing like the picture. Instead of a cookie it was a brownie looking cookie which taste like cookie dough. Please make sure your advertising photo match the product. That’s how you get people to return. Presentation is everything when you spend your money.

Great place to go with the kiddos for some ice-cream.

Got to the window to order. It was raining and already loud outside. When I tried to place my order it was clear she was having a hard time hearing me and I was trying to repeat my order multiple times. No issue. I understand it's late and it's already hard to hear outside due to heavy rain. I have her a tip regardless in hopes she would be in a slightly better mood as the store was dealing with a good bit of business before closing. As I left and got to a light I noticed my order was not complete and had a missing item. This is frustrating after I already dealt with attitude at the window, and left a tip. I would hope that after paying 17$ for ice cream that wouldn't even fill up a pint and leaving a tip, that my entire order would be correct. Upon coming back and explaining that the item was not in the bag and I was disappointed with the service and explained that to them where I was then hit with attitude again "well at least you got your cookie now" is what she said with a disrespectful attitude. The issue wasn't the cookie honey, bless your heart. It was the fact that y'all can't treat your customers with basic patience & have a disrespectful attitude when you are called on your lacking service.
