I came here for my birthday and our server for the night was aneaja and she was very nice and polite and made our experience very pleasant and satisfying I would definitely recommend the food was a 10 out of 10 it was fresh and delicious and the service was a 10 out of 10 the server was attentive and polite overall my experience was a 10 if you ever just so happen to end up here definitely ask for aneaja as your server

I just want to say the establishment and how it’s ran is very bad ! My server Aneaja was amazing , the hardest worker I seen , she made sure we had clean forks and spoons after another server just gave us whatever . She was patient and very nice . I wish the kitchen got the food out on time . Our server made this restaurant atmosphere better since we was already irritated

My family and I ate with Julianna on Friday 11/28. She was very rude. As soon as she got to the table she already seemed bothered. When she was cleaning her other table she pulls a trash can over to the table instead of taking a tray and bringing all the dirty dishes and trash to the back. When she brings out the food she slams it on to our table. I saw her giving attitude to the host about why she is the only one being sat after the host had sat her section again. She just seemed un friendly and like she didn’t want to work at all. Overall, horrible experience at this location that night and we’ve came here many times before.

If I could give this place zero stars and still be able to write a review, I would absolutely do that. On multiple occasions, I have placed an online order and when arriving at the location, the order is still not done. But tonight was different. This is now the second time in a row that I arrived at the time that it told me my order would be done to only Receive cold food! Then, of course, when you ask for your order to be made freshly the person at the counter looks at you like you’re stupid . Totally unacceptable

Thank you Buffalo Wings for the Veteran Day meal. It was great atmosphere, met new friends, the foods was great and so was the service.

Walked in 11/10/25 at about 2pm. Not a single person(Staff) on the floor or to greet, waited about 5 mins and walked out.

I came over a year ago and walked out after waiting over 20 minutes just to be acknowledged and then was told it would be another 15 before we were seated and the dining room was nearly empty. Needless to say it was not a great experience. Tonight was a complete different experience. We were seated in about 5-10 minutes then our server, Syd was great. The wings were really good which what I was hoping for. I will be back and hope the positive experience continues. Kudos to Syd for being a great server.

My overall experience was absolutely horrible. My food came out cold and the wings were as solid as a rock. Ordered a beer and it was room temperature when it came to the table. The only thing that came out semi decent was the appetizers, and even then that was a stretch. My wife didn’t even receive her food while we were sitting down. When it came time for the bill we were charged for the wrong one and got charged 50 dollars more than what we were supposed to pay. We will never be going back to this location and highly recommend that no one returns to this location.

Omg this place was phenomenal!! First time going with my boyfriend and both our meals were great!! Best burger ever!

Food is always good. Speed of service takes an hour to get an online order. Several weeks in a row. Thought it was just a bad day but man. They need 2 people at Togo. Literal nightmare. Couldn't speak to a manager.

Every time that I order in the app for pickup, it tells me my food will be ready within half an hour or less. & EVERY SINGLE TIME I come in to pick it up by pickup time, I am stuck there waiting 30 extra mins to an hour! Even when it's not even that busy. I understand they may have more to go orders but dang! You guys either need more employees or a better system or something. Because this isn't just a one off issue.. it happens every single time I come in, whether it's day or night.. any day of the week. It's truly irritating!

Horrible service they have attitudes my food was snatched from me and when no communication they went back to blasting music in the back have people waiting to be helped for 20 minutes and employees helping people than stop to rush off the clock and leaving people helpless horrible establishment horrible take out need to do better with customer service and how they treat people

Just took a few bites off my burger to realize it’s raw. I stopped eating here almost a year ago and decided to give another shot and I’m good on this place FOREVER!!!! This place needs to close down!

Had an unfortunate event where door dash essentially lost my order and weren’t helpful at all. The manager Kristin did an amazing job rectifying the issue and made new fresh order. Grease customer service and management.
