Why order $100+ wings ahead for a party if they aren’t going to have them ready on time?!?! Still sitting here while I have a house full of people waiting on the wings for our football party! 26 minutes late so far! And the best part… no one cares! I’ll NEVER be back!

Been sitting here up at the bar over a half an hour and still no one has taken food order yet. First time here, because my girlfriend is getting a facial at a near by salon. Pretty sad, because once she’s done with her facial, we’ll be eating somewhere else. I don’t think I’ll return.

Extremely overrated. This place is loud, the food is awful, and why are there 5000 different shows playing at once on the TVs. This is horrible!

Hamburger was nothing but grease. Chicken strips were dry as sawdust and came out 15 minutes after the burger. Had to flag down other servers to go find my server three different times. No wonder the place was almost empty on a Friday night. Won’t ever see me again. and the bathroom was literally filthy

We ordered online for pick-up, and everything was incredibly fresh and delicious! The customer service was outstanding, too. A big thank you to Hannah, Zay, and the rest of the team!!

Our meal was excellent. The service was lacking. The server invited herself to sit in the booth with my fiance and myself. That was pretty awkward and extremely unprofessional.

Is crazy how I waited 20 minutes to be seated on an empty restaurant and ended up seating myself up and then waited like another 20 minutes nobody came up to me. Ended up sitting by the bar to get someone to take my order. Where is the customer service nowadays

Me and my friend had some wings, our server was great, impeccable service, however the morning after we went here, both of us got painful stomachaches, I don't know if the sauce or wings gone bad, but they're definitely paying off the health inspectors.

I ordered months ago on Uber eats. It said the name was Wild burger not Buffalo wild wings or BW3. The burger was so nasty and greasy. Disgusting food.

Horrible service, hostess had an attitude when asked about sitting didn’t seem like she wants to work. Bartender didn’t check in or make eye contact. Horrible customer service. Not attentive, lack or organization. & the ultimate nachos were so sad and disappointing couldn’t even eat them. Never again.

I literally sat at the bar for 15 min and the bartender didnt even made contact with me, she kept serving drinks, no menu, no water, nothing. Horrible service. I left without ordering.

The reviews don’t lie! We went here on a Wednesday nite. LLWS in full swing on tv as well as Olympic repeats from earlier in the day. AYCE boneless wings for $19.99. The place should be packed. There were 3 tables occupied in the entire restaurant. Our food was luke warm at best. Wings were ok, but not hot. App we ordered(buffalo chicken tots) has what we thought was canned chicken. Asked the server and she informed us that the chicken comes pulled in a large bag. A “wing” restaurant uses bagged chicken. Only saving grace was exceptional service from our server. Please save your copy and paste response on this review, I’m not interested. It gives the impression that you don’t even read the bad reviews.
