We got our food before our drinks (which were draft and bottle beers) and then our server ignored us while hanging out with her friends when we were waiting for the check. The server wouldn’t give us a check, told us it was important to pay through our phone because of corporate. She would not give a paper copy if we pay by card even when we requested it, explicitly. Literally last time we were here with a group we all got checks… well we tried to pay on the phone and it didn’t work and told her and she argued with us. We’re never coming back to BWW - so ridiculous.

Placed order ahead of time got there was told 10 more minutes ended up waiting 40 minutes for my food to come out cold?we were helped by the manager and there was only one person eating in they weren't busy. On top of that the tots were cooked I'm old grease you can tell by looking at them and by the flavor of them and the wings. They also didnt give me the veggies or ranch I asked for ahead of time I had to ask them four times for help correcting my order. Definitely one of the worst experiences at bww I've had. Go to the one by the beaches they are always on point and polite.

This place is horrible. I don’t usually give bad reviews. But, this location was dirty. Sticky tables, sticky atmosphere. Horrible service. Bad food. I wouldn’t eat here again if they paid for my food. Handicap accessible.

Monday morning the Sever there didn't now what they had or was out off keep only grabbing one thing at a time for people drink side sauce and just was unpleasant and unknowable about the menu and when asking about the menu. Food was so so wings was okay had the onion rings and two of them were just onion skin that was fryed. Bbdubs is good but not this one and not this server. Also blue chesse dressing is 1.50 upcharge to come with wings? Criminal

Feels run down and cook on the wings is better at the town center one. Waited 40 minutes for an order I placed 4 hours prior (60 wings - I get it, but that was plenty of time). Also they forgot the fries.

Making the decision to go menu-less and rely on smart phones and QR code is a miss in the service industry. Food was wrong when it came out and took a long time for the correct food to be made. Our server was almost non-existent, I think she had most of the tables to wait on.
