Each time I’ve been here, on Tuesdays for their BOGOs and Sundays for the games..the high end table waitress is always slow. Busy talking to her friends, it’s rarely packed with customers to wait 30mins for food and a drink. I don't know what is about this place. Their heads are always in the clouds.

Super dirty place. Floors are completely covered with liquid. Men’s room is nasty. Looks like they had to permanently lock the stall, not sure why… Server was overwhelmed, not her fault. Definitely understaffed. She was amazing considering. Food was decent, consistent with what you’d expect.

Buffalo Wild Wings in Jacksonville is a classic spot for wings sports and late night food. This location stays open late which makes it a reliable choice after a Jaguars game a night out downtown or when most restaurants are already closed. The atmosphere feels very Jacksonville with wall to wall TVs loud games and a crowd that is there to watch sports and eat wings. The wings are consistently solid with plenty of sauce options and the beer is always cold. Service is fast even during busy nights and it works well for groups friends or casual dinners. Food was good, and our Hostess Flo was fantastic. Unfortunately that's where the good things i can say end. Our server who never introduced herself was BLAZED the whole time. Too HIGH to handle the two tables she had. From the start she was judging food orders, forgetting basic things like silverware napkins, and condiments. She was oblivious to drink refills and couldn't be bothered to clear empty glasses. The final straw was when she outright dropped our check on the floor and began nonsensicaly rambling. When we finally got a manager he also failed to introduce himself and simply gave us attitude not seeming to care his server was far too messed up to be on the floor.

Went there for some wings & football Sunday- Got seated right away (was surprised at that) but that was the only thing good happened- no one came to acknowledge or take orders for the next 15min so we walked out and went to “Walk-On”, which was fantastic!!

VETERANS BEWARE!!! We were there for the SEC championship around 4pm. The blonde bartender was very rude. I was with a friend who is a service member. He was outside, and she decided to give his seat away to one of her friends that came to visit her that evening. I told her that a veteran was sitting there and he would be back in a few minutes. She tells me “sorry” and continues to laugh with her friend. I have never seen behavior so disgusting. I told her friend that you just took a service members seat and you should never treat a veteran that way. MANAGEMENT: If you could please have a conversation with her about her friends visiting during work hours as her customer service was horrible while her friend was there. We wanted another beer, she was talking to her friend. We wanted to order food, she was talking to her friend. Her behavior overall was inappropriate.

First time at Buffalo wild wings Julie was my server. She was amazing. I’m coming back again. She took her time explaining all the different varieties and combinations of the burgers. I even downloaded the app.

Had a great time my server Julie was amazing wasn’t complaining, but the fries came out in a little on the light side. She immediately went and got some extra fries. I really appreciate it that, it’s the little things that make the difference. The atmosphere was great went with the kids, had a blast-my kids had a mozzarella stick contest to see whose cheese with stretch out further🤣🤣🤣 oh and the best part the last three times I went there I got points and it actually paid for my meal, still had to pay for the wife and the kids, but that’s cool.😎 thanks to Julie for making the kids feel right at home. ( the little one is a terror ) 🤣🤣🤣
This is a great place right in the heart of Town Center to catch some games and catch up with friends. The staff is nice, I understand some may have other thoughts but they are doing their best for their customers. Shoutout to Cydney, Jessica and Kiera, they will take care of you.

So I walked in at 350 pm on a Saturday before the big game between FSU and FL. After 10 minutes I was not greeted. So I sat down. Waited and waited some more then the hostess came up and asked us to go back up to the stand and she will sit us. Then said it will take us about 10 minutes.
I drove to dicks wings and had drinks in 9 minutes.

I normally don’t write reviews but tonight I was so impressed by the manager Michael. I’ve never seen a manager help his employees the way Michael was tonight. And the employee named Ashlyn sat me and brought out my food. Despite her multi tasking all night she still was very quick and attentive. After seeing their work ethic tonight I’ll definitely be back

I stopped by the Buffalo Wild Wings at Town Center tonight, and I have to say—Michael (the manager) and Ashlyn (the cashier handling takeout) deserve every bit of recognition possible.
The restaurant was clearly short-staffed, yet you would never know it by the way these two kept everything running. Michael was everywhere—helping serve tables, supporting the kitchen, checking on guests, and still managing to stay calm, polite, and incredibly professional. You could tell he genuinely cared about both his staff and the customers.
Ashlyn was running the entire “to-go” area by herself, taking nonstop orders, handling pickups, answering questions, and coordinating with the kitchen—all with a great attitude and zero slowdown. She even stepped in to help with tables when the servers were overwhelmed. Watching her balance so many moving parts was seriously impressive.
Despite how busy it was, both Michael and Ashlyn made sure every guest was taken care of. They were attentive, courteous, and composed under pressure in a way you don’t see often anymore.
If Buffalo Wild Wings management reads this: These two are the reason customers like me keep coming back. Their work ethic and dedication deserve recognition at the highest level.
Outstanding job tonight, Michael and Ashlyn. You both turned a chaotic situation into a great experience.
