Be careful when placing orders directly through their website, or app. I placed an order for delivery through the website. Ordered some wings and a drink, but the drink didn't make it. I called the store multiple times to resolve the issue, and kept getting hung up on. When someone finally answered the phone, the manager said I needed to contact doordash to figure it out. I did not make the order through doordash. I explained that to them, and the solution was to just tell me there is nothing they can do for me. No drink, no refund, no credit, no resulotion. I guess the way to solve to problem was to just steal my money.

They had the radio so loud that the waitress could hear us and we could hear her. The girl who seated us was very unfriendly, and because we asked to sit where we could watch the team we wanted to see, she sat us behind a wall that blocked the TV, so we had to ask for it to be put on a different TV. The bathrooms were so dirty, I turned around and left. I stopped at a gas station, and it was much better. The food was just ok

I ordered a 10 count buffalo dry rub traditional wing and 4 of my wings were left over lemon pepper dry rub wings that the kitchen just dashed buffalo dry rub over on only one side. I don’t know in what world a “cook” thought the over powering flavor of lemon would be hidden with a one sided sprinkle of buffalo dry rub. To this effect I must assume they are either lazy or don’t give a damn. Maybe both, but nonetheless this location continues to baffle me with how bottom of the barrel its kitchen staff seems to be when it comes to basic cooking skills. Couldn’t even finish the last of my wings due to a long strand of hair sitting pretty across them. Waitress was nice and my appetizer was the highlight of my time here sadly. At least one thing was cooked right.

I spent $18 on the pictured items. Do not waste your money. The floors were so gross you could slide around on them. This is unacceptable, you’re better off going to zaxby’s to get wings.

We had to turn around and walk out because of the greasy floors and unpleasant odor. It really seemed like the floors were mopped with just dirty cold water and no degreaser, which only spread the grease around instead of cleaning it. Even the entrance floor was coted in grease. My two young children immediately noticed, saying, “Daddy, this place smells bad and slippery,” and they kept their hands over their faces the entire time we were being seated. At that point, we decided to leave, and no staff member even acknowledged it. The hostess also seemed disengaged, which didn’t help the experience.

BEWARE of this locations manager. UNPROFESSIONAL is an understatement , has the nerve to ask a waiting patron if they have ever managed a restaurant instead of solving a simple problem and helping patrons have a great experience. Will not be back to this location if it was free.
Bottomless Appetizers are Great❣️ Maybe when you do the special again you can add french fries to that bottomless appetizer menu 🤔

A solid 1 star. I ordered through UBER EATS and tried calling after placing my order to ask to have an app well done. Spent 30 minutes calling and still no one ever picked up.

I’ve been here before and we always stand for minutes until someone assist us (they never do it). I don’t know why but they always ignore us.

My friend and I took our kids there and after waiting 30 minutes were still not seated even though most seats were empty. The people before us got in their cars and left. Finally the lady comes back and says they can't sit us until the sit the people before us because they don't want to sit kids near the people. We said the other people left and she gave us attitude and said she has to wait to make sure the other people aren't coming back. She refused to sit us because we had kids. Poorly organized and terrible service. We won't be back! Went to Red Robins next door where we were treated amazingly and we gave the guy a 50% tip. You guys missed out!!!

Absolutely pitiful all the way around cold food orders were skipped I mean list can go on the appetizers were better than anything. Took 20 mins to have a waitress come to the table I wouldn’t recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings to anyone very disappointed waste of money and time.
