I visited on Tuesday and had a truly wonderful experience. Mackenzie Shaw provided outstanding service—she was not only professional but also very warm and attentive. Throughout my time there, she checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable and everything was going smoothly. Her kindness and attention to detail really made a difference. I genuinely appreciated the care she showed.

I was staying in the area and found this restaurant that I'm used to. It's in a busy mall like area. But fantastic despite the traffic. They have multiple TVs so any game available on they can play. Extremely great service and food. I really enjoyed this restaurant except for one thing. The music was extremely loud! My only complaint.

If I could give this place a 0 star, I would. Not only does the food taste like trash, but they are unorganized. After ordering my food about a month ago and being told that it would be ready in 30 mins, I left literally for 15 mins to pick my son up, came back within 20 mins and when I received my food, it was not only disgusting, but it was cold as hell. When I asked why it was cold they turned around to tell me that it was ready 20 mins ago mind you they initially gave me a time frame of 30 mins so I came back way before time. When I asked for my money back, they told me that I would have to call corporate for that. I've never heard of having to call corporate for a refund. Word to the wise: ITS NOT WORTH IT..EAT ELSE WHERE AND GET BETTER SERVICE. THEY ARE COMPLETE TRASH...GARBAGE!!!
Yeah this place is cool and all but the food is hurting my stomach to the max, I got the unlimited boneless wings and my stomach is in complete knots. Not to mention while I’m eating my food I paid so much for I’m getting more and more depressed while I’m eating this. I went with some friends but honestly this has to be one of the worst establishments that I have eating at in a long time. I am completely lost for words because of how bad this place is. I am so tempted to just go home and cry my eyes out because of how bad this place is. Do better.

INSANELY loud music, my waitress seemed like she didn't even want to work, I asked her to turn down the music twice, and she just walked over n walked back. Don't come here with your family, your kids are gonna leave with permanent damaged eardrums

PLEASE avoid this location if you can the lack of professionalism the lack of care of packing i placed a to go order the food i received was clearly sitting out for hours i called multiple times no anserw i didn’t have a ride back there so i guess i just have to toss all this food and waste more money to eat !
