Don't end up shopping in a mall very often anymore. It's been a while and had to pick up a few items. Stomach started to growl and I knew I better hit the food court. Wasn't sure what the best choice would be but usually you can't go wrong with a burger. Stopped on in and went for a classic cheeseburger, quality meat, delicious burger and generous proportions. Some of the food could have been a bit warmer and less salty, over all a good experience however. Not sure I'll have a reason to return to the mall again anytime soon, but if I do at least I know there's a decent burger joint inside if I get a hankering.

Not impressed at all. Everything was fresh made. I checked reviews if your hungry eat there. I won't go back I like food but everything was over cooked bun was soaked. Fries were good tried the risk dried out.

Large portion size. Food was seasoned and fresh. Reasonably priced. If I’m in the Avenues mall for lunch or dinner I will definitely return.

Burger Barn was great. I just ordered a basic cheeseburger and it was better than any burger I've had anywhere else in Jacksonville. Very flavorful and filling. The fries were crispy and fresh. The staff was friendly and the owner made it a point to greet the customers. Great burger joint.

The burgers are cooked after an order is placed. They're seasoned well. The tomatoes and lettuce are fresh and crisp. I got just a regular burger and I'm very satisfied with it.

Would not ever recommend going here. Waited in line for 20 minutes even though there was only like 4 people waiting, I overlooked it. Once I finally got my food it was cold, and I was given sweet potatoes fries which is it not what I asked for. Another girl came and said that she had been given the wrong fries so we realized the mistake. Instead of giving us fresh fries they actually asked if we wanted to just switch like scrape the fries off our plates and give them to one another. Just a stupid question to even ask. I asked for mustard for my burger and the didn't have any. Why sell a burger and you don't even offer all the condiments. Asked for salt for my fries and they said they only have "seasoning salt" what the hell? Finally took a bite out of my burger and it was dry and flavorless. I spent $13 on my whole meal so I forced myself to eat it but it was disgusting. I could tell it was the cheapest veggie burger they could find. Made a yelp account just to leave this review. My experience here was horrible and I would not ever go back.

Used to be great after it opened. Not so much anymore. Burger was fine but the fries were not fresh. Ordered mozzarella sticks and the marinara was colder than my bottle of water which was just sitting in a container of water with no ice. For 13 bucks you can go to a sit-down place and get a lunch special that tastes better.

Best burgers and fries! Tops Five guys and M Shack, which are both a big thumbs down in my opinion. You want a good burger, I'm telling you Burger Barn is where it's at! Not to mention the mozzarella sticks and onion rings, soooo good! Oh and they have the best ranch ever!! Highly recommend!
