I sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes no one said anything so I figured the speaker didn't work and pulled up to the windowsThe guy told me he didn't speak on the speaker because he wasn't ready for me. Then said I needed to go back around to the speaker.I asked if he couldn't take the order at the window. He said alright then told me.... Don't let it happen again! Like I'm a little kid.So I left! Wait at drive thru 130pm today was long, at the microphone, the wait was long. When personnel finally came on they were snappy and short with You. Took my order in the spirit of " no"...so if conditions were that bad inside...why not close up?! I ordered that new luncheon wrap. I asked for mayonnaise on it. Personnel snapped at me " no, it comes with....sauce only! I asked well can I get Xtra onions please ?Upon arrival at the window she served me as if I was late on my taxes!!! I have no control over whatever was going on inside. Sorry Y'all got Employees problems, but don't allow that spirit to spill over to spoil my taste for and enjoyment of Burger King food!! Get better or close down.God Bless ?

One of the most disgusting places I have ever been to. Staff is absolutely HORRIBLE. The franchise owner should be ashamed. After returning food that was incorrect, I was told I was wrong. I wanted no tomatoes. There were tomatoes. And my receipt said no tomatoes. They refused to fix order or refund.

I very rarely go to Burger King but I felt I felt the desire today. Burger King's burgers have a smokey chemical taste to them which only they have so it's a it's a memory. I was really quite enjoying it until I got a mouthful of salt in my burger, which is my major complaint with McDonald's. You're eating your burger and then you get a mouth full of salt. The french fries were hot and they were really good. The clerks at both the money level and the food level were excellent. Very friendly. I went to the Burger King in downtown jacksonville on Union Street. Thank you

Waited for 20 minutes inside to receive food. Staff walked around as if they were upset about the volume of customers inside. There were only 10 people inside.
Is what it is, local jackass Jax cop gave me a ticket for waiting 10 secs to turn my lights on when I left the parking light, but it was Burger King at 9 o’clock at night. I don’t think anybody is expecting overwhelming service or food.

I paid for a large bacon double cheese burger combo and got a single cheese burger combo and the drink was wrong also plus side of dipping sauce was also the drink was wrong won't order delivery from here again so in all I was over charged for something I didn't even order and can't get no answer on the phone to let them know about

This restaurant was disgusting . From the area surrounding it to the order speaker. The restaurant itself was rundown, and the parking lot was raggedy. This is a big, unhoused location, so we had a man walk right up to the side of the speaker & try to get us to give him something. Then, when we got to the window to pay, the lady told us to "hold on." We wait for like 10 mins.(if I hadn't wanted my whopper so badly, I would have pulled off.) They finally get our food together, tell us the total & we pay; I was just about to ask for ketchup when the girl slams the window shut & walked away. I'm staying 6 miles from the restaurant, I get home, my fries are like ice, and there's no cheese on my whopper. My mom's onion rings were frosty as well. Needless to say, I will NOT be going back to this location & I would advise anyone who likes edible food to avoid it as well.

No lobby, no bathrooms. Pay for extra ice. No positivity. They put onion rings into the fries to take up volume in the fry container, providing less fries. They stopped taking orders for a while just so the staff could argue out issues, loudly. Ridiculous franchised location.
