When we ordered chicken fries they made us pull at drive through and we had to wait for 25 minutes for our order, and after we finally received our food we were missing our cheesy tots and replaced with stale classic fries and they are so rude. This place should close down, never again!

So understaffed that it takes 12 minutes to make 4 burgers. And i heard the manager send one of the workers on break while drive through was wrapped and i was not being helped at the counter. Point is upper management at this store is not doing its job so you should probably avoid this location.

I will never spend my money there again.1:06 pm Sunday 12/8/24 they had two cars and said there's alot of orders ahead of us nobody's is inside and there's only two cars. She said it with a attitude management needs to be better nobody told you come to work customers deserve respect. This is not the first time this happened never again.

They need better workers that know how to work in food industry sat in line for 30 minutes drive-through line one car just to get cold food, I will never come here again food expensive to not get good food!?

Today is November 15,2024. I stopped by this particular Burger King on my way to work thinking that I was going to get me some breakfast. As I entered the restaurant I noticed a young lady sitting and eating her breakfast. I walked up to the counter and was waiting and the young lady apparently worked there and had not clocked in yet so she called out to the manager who was in the back somewhere and got no answer after calling out several times to him. Finally she got up and went and told him that he had a customer at the counter and he told her "well why don't you take his order" . I personally find this kind of attitude disgusting and unprofessional. If he's going to represent Burger King with that kind of attitude then there's no wonder why they only have a 3.2 rating.

The drive-thru was messed up so they just let everyone sit at the speaker and didn't tell us. I had to go inside to order. They didn't even offer anything for the inconvenience.
Walked in here from the hotel across the street. I could hear them in the back, but no one was seen. After waiting about 10 minutes for anyone to come up, I decided Burger King was no longer an option for me tonight.
