Every order was wrong never going back their.
No help at all. I was in the store for 10 minutes and no one came to see if I needed to order anything. They should close the store and reopen with employees who care about their job.
I made a simple order and they couldn't get it right. Large UNSWEET tea, Fish Sandwich with ketchup only and onion rings. Simple, right? Apparently not. I got a SWEET tea, regular fish sandwich with tarter sauce and cheese, it was NASTY, and regular french fries.. people CAN'T READ, or simply don't give a damn about the customers order and management is just as bad. You complain about anything and they get all pissed off at the customer because their employees can't read. I'm never visit this location again. Waste of time and money. Don't bother with this location.
I will never go to this Burger King again! Out of all the Burger King's I've been to this was the worst!
I ordered 2 Chicken Sandwiches, the had to put on Hamburger Buns! Had No Ice so all drinks were HOT! Had to wipe off my own table. The WORST!🥺😭

Horrible service, water leaking behind counter, greasy floors. Not enough help, counter/ window/dining room attendant was specifically told, no more orders as i walked towards counter. -5/10 would not recommend

We were traveling from out of town. We got there just before 9 pm. Despite there only being three workers, and several cara arriving at the same time we did, Trey and his two coworkers took very good care of us. The food was hot, fresh, and didn’t take that long. The burgers had that grill taste you don’t expect from a fast food place. We also ordered each burger with or without specific toppings, and they got every one correct! All three men were well mannered, friendly, and respectful. Would definitely eat here if traveling through again.

Don’t come here at night!!!!! Around 10:40pm their was two workers in there but not taking any orders and hiding from customers. We had two other cars in front of us leave because we had no service at all. If your gonna close, turn off the lights and close up completely. Employees are not paid to give customers no service.

Ordered a hamburger and fries. I paid. They told me to pull up while they prepare me fresh food. There was a line of us, 3 cars they had pulled up. Sit out there for 15 mins for them to bring me out cold food.

I am a DOOR DASHER. I had an order to pick up for a customer. The tall slim African American gentleman was messing up the orders...running around barking orders..not accomplishing anything My customers order was on the screen and he asked me at least five times what she ordered and wanted to take my phone and look at it...Nope! I was waiting for over 45 minutes. The restaurant was not busy at all. But nobody seen to get their food on time. They had two parked cars for food and didn't know what food they were supposed to get. They gave my order away that somebody else. There were a couple other people waiting because once when you order onion rings and they can eat their french fries and they would not waiting on her again and she's funny just left and took her fries. They couldn't give ones gentleman his four Whopper Juniors. So all in all $2.10 for that hour. And I'm sure that The customer's order was made wrong because he gave me $0.10 tip.
I will never ever never go to that Burger King again and I will just take the hit when I refuse to pick up an order from there. Someone needs to tell that young gentleman that he has very poor customer service and he does not know how to talk to people. That includes customers and employees. It's like it was a big drama show for him and he was the star. UNACCEPTABLE BURGER KING. DO BETTER.

So, I’m pretty sure they were very understaffed (only saw 3 employees there), so service was a bit slow, but Kyemari was working drive thru AND front service counter so well, considering how busy he was. You could tell he was stressed, but rather than just going at normal speed, he was bouncing all over the place, and he did it with a smile. Super impressed by this kid. Food was also hot, fresh, and just the way it should be. BK, you need to hire a few more employees. Or maybe just one more Keymari. He could probably do it all.

Poor cashier, I ordered eggnormous burrito combo and was asked what size? I said whatever size is advertised with 6.89 meal combo she then proceeded to say medium. I said regular and she repeated medium I said ok. Price jumped up to almost 10.00 I then asked why this was and she argued with me and then said this is the medium price. I then said I asked for what was advertised she said well that is small! I said well you didn’t give me that option you said medium. Now mind you I heard her in through and she told a customer they didn’t have any small cups and said you’ll have to upgrade to a medium at the medium price!!! Then she didn’t even tell me there was an up charge to go to small Coke Zero instead of coffee. Very non informative and kinda sketchy.
