Here I am again posting 250 monument Jacksonville Florida they have a rude person who work there his name solo real name is Roderick upshaw went there tonight between 7:30 and 830 with my kids he embarrassed my kids yelled at stop yelling at me over a cup and the cashier gave us gave my kids a free cup I was going to pray for my cup but she told my kids that they can get a drink instead of water and I tended to talk to the manager in the back named April I was talking to her he kept talking over me yelling at my kids about why they don't have any water they're supposed to have water in that cup and not drinks my kids nine and seven he's talking to kids and he started getting along with me back and forth with me yelling at me telling me he's not scared of the police I can get the police beating on the counter I really need someone I'm thinking about getting a lawyer attorney and he needs to be removed from that place I can't wait they need to see what's going on with him I don't know he said and he said he's not scared of women I told him I said I'm a lady and I'm an customerto be talking to me like this he said he did not care who I was I need someone either the district manager to please reach out to me I'm trying to get an attorney and a lawyer because what he did was unprofessional and yelling at my kids and when I met you I need a refund he started laughing and the manager tried to tell him that I was a customer and was telling him to be quiet he can't talk to me that way he did not care he said he kept he was sitting on the counter and he'll clock out threaten me I need someone to reach out to me either through email or phone call I'm looking for Miss Rachel I'm looking for a district manager to speak with me about the situation as soon as possible

The Whopper with cheese was hot and picture perfect. The bacon melt was picture perfect as well. Thank you for making sure our food is hot and our sandwiches didn't look like a hot mess.

Was sitting in the drive through for almost 10 mins for my order to be taken noone said anything drove past the drive through window and everyone is laughing i will never come back to this Burger King again

I 100% get that you only have 3 ppl working the Sunday before the holiday but.... ripped buns... no pickels and half full fries hard and burnt on the ends is unaccepable! I wish I could have turned around without being late for an appointment! Unacceptable!

Today I visited. The women cashier couldn't take the order correctly. And was not getting orders ready for walk in customers. I waited for 24 minutes after I ordered my food. I seen it on the hot rack. The women would NOT fill anyone's order. The people who ordered when before I got there were still waiting. So I asked for a refund. My money or please hand over my food. They gave me a refund. I will never visit this location again. Oh and this cashier was on the phone call the entire time.

Zero stars! Very disappointed with this Burger King! Such a disgrace. Horrible customer service. I couldn’t even place my order, went back to work hungry.

My daughter and I came to this location today 11/14/2024 and ended up leaving after about 20 minutes not even given a chance to order. There were only two employees working one on the line one in the drive through. After we had been there five minutes the young lady running the drive through explained that she would be with us in a moment due to there were only the two employees. At first we were understanding but when the young lady’s boyfriend or whom ever he was came in he walked right up to the counter told the woman what he wanted she asks the gentleman on the line for what the man at the counter wanted the gentleman on the line stopped what he was doing to get the man’s order then the man left. So at that point 20 minutes had passed and my daughter and I chose to leave. Not only that there was trash all over the floor in the kitchen area! There were at least 3 other people behind us. One star is way too generous for this location.

Every time i go here they are so slow and i always spend about 10 minutes just ordering the food and when i get to the window they barely get my order right, Bad service much!!

Ordered a whooper meal & a Your Way meal. Took like 15 minutes to get this order out during Saturday lunch. If they get a half a dozen customers here, it’s busy. Seem to be prepping as ordered so very little was being prepped in advance. Food was prepared well but hold up on order when waiting for something to finish to complete order. Counter service good but kitchen slow.

I normally go several times a week to this Specific location. The last couple of times I waited in the drive thru lane no communication! I waited for over 10 minutes and no one responded I was waiting there. Today this happened again! I waited not one employee acknowledge I was there. The secondary lane was being helped. So after waiting 10 minutes I drove to the pickup window and voiced I had been waiting over 10 minutes and one of the employees accused me that I never stop at the menu that I just drive up to the window and yelled at me to drive around again! Ridiculous! I am getting tired of not getting service .This employee was extremely rude! He casted a false judgment while screaming at me! This gentleman needs training on how to treat customers!
Burger king just lost my business and a loyal customer
