Absolutely ridiculous. I came here for a simple meal and went to the drive-thru, there were 2 lanes open. I decided to drive to the 2nd lane. Guy comes over the intercom and asks me to wait just a moment, so I begin to wait. And wait. And wait. 20 minutes pass, he serves a driver in the 1st lane, no big deal, they were before me. Then he serves another person in the first lane, and then a third. At this point 30 minutes have passed, and I decide to drive around and just get into the first lane as well. The car in front of me gets served, another 10 minutes later by the way, and then it's finally my turn to be served. Ridiculous. I really wanted to tell them off but I kept my cool and acted as if I didn't just waste 40 to 45 minutes of my life for a burger.

Waited in the drive-thru line from 7:55pm until 8:12pm to still not get no service and that’s when I finally drove off. Normally I would’ve left at 5 mins but I was patiently waiting to see how long it took this time and baby when I tell you all I got was, “I’ll be right with you!” When I finally drove off I saw one person bagging and assuming one person on the grill with 2 employees smoking outside just laughing while the people inside working struggled. You had one car behind me pull off and one was pulled ahead before me. The customer service wasn’t right tonight.

Came here 2 days this week. 1rst day sat in the drive thru line for 17 min and didnt get my order taken so I left and so did several other cars. Went by today at 11:15am sat in drive thru for 10 min and did t get my order taken so I left. It sad tbh . Burgerking isnt what it use to be

10/26/2025 6:30pm big colored man running drive through and first counter was the meanest rudiest and racist all over a cup that came with combo that I paid I said I wanted a number 2 he ask medium or large I said medium when my food was done and tossed on the counter I ask for my cup big dude said I didn't get one I ask didn't it come with combo when you ask med or large that was the size of combo and it comes with a drink he said not think time I said wow then he tossing a cup on the counter and tell he's gonna let me have it just this town I told him to keep it if it was that serious then he told me to get out of they before then stop i was like before want he stopped running his mouth then and even before I ordered i win with the quarter balancing game I ask if I won a price or was just donating cause the instructions said I won .He said I don't know nuthin bout shit it's third party machine anit given you shit I should have walked out then because the food was not worth me being disrespected.Same big guy is mentioned in other reviews someone needs to do something about him before burger king is in a law suit I'm contacting my lawyer just to see what can be done . Right when he started I started recording on my phone I will gladly go back to the store and let a manager hear it if they will fire him on the spot.Reguardless my lawyer will here it first thing tomorrow

They don’t even care about listen to you when you’re ordering, the girl in the counter ask me to repeat several time what I was saying because she was so busy listening to what her friend was saying to other people. They charged me for large fries that I even didn’t get.

Another location that tells you to pull up and they will bring it out to you, why? There is NO ONE behind me, you're doing more work, it's called a DRIVE THRU, you're actually going slower by bringing it out front of the store...sheesh
