I receive a negative worker in drive thru this evening. We tried to make sure our food was ordered was good but the guy was rude. He had a attitude with us.

MICROWAVED OVER PRICED SANDWHICHES.DISGUSTING.I THINK I AM DONE WITH BURGER KING FOR GOOD.GREAT JOB, GUYS.So tired of my overpriced sandwiches MICROWAVED and drowned in mayo.It is every single time I go there.I go so infrequently that I normally chastise myself when I receive the same low level quality food but not today.Today I took the time to say that this behavior in BK is intolerable and DISGUSTING.I do NOT want half a jar of mayo on my burger,I do NOT want the trash parts of a head of lettuce on my burger.Giant, cubes of lettuce. Seriously?Employees, while friendly, display no care in what the customer receives.Comes off as LAZY and DISRESPECTFUL.THEY ALSO TEAR THE RECIEPT SO IT CUTS OFF STORE NUMBER, IF YOU CANEVEN READ IT, TO PREVENT CUSTOMER SURVEYS.

I’ve been eating the whopper every since I was a kid. It was by far the best burger you could get. overtime The quality of this product started to greatly diminish. Sometimes the food is hot. Sometimes the food is lukewarm. Sometimes they have tomatoes sometimes they don’t. All you have to do is go to the store and get some tomatoes. Have they thought of that? They run out of everything! I quit going and started eating at other places like McDonald’s and Wendy’s like everyone else. Seems to be a new burger joint opening up nearly every few years or so particularly the newest Burger joint five guys .That has fresher products, and made right in front of you. Every promotion they tried from that Zany Burger King character to the gay whopper has been a failure and has even repelled customers. The only thing that could save them would be to go with the walk up to the counter and see them making the burger right in front of you like at Five Guys or Subway or placing them at Truckstop gas stations.
They were staffed, friendly and the food was done right.

Quick and the employee got my order exactly like I said on her first try, she helped me understand their rewards and deals along the way. She helped me to save money and get more food. Completely satisfied and very grateful for her and her ability to go the extra distance to make my visit above and beyond. It is employees like her that make me go there multiple times a week,
