Thus location is horrible. Employees having attitudes when you want you meal prepared a certain way. To it looking and sounding like high school gym. There's no customer service, loooooonnnng wait times & attitudes galore. I wouldn't bring nobody here.

So, I previously made an order using my rewards for a cheeseburger at this location. Unfortunately I was not able to make it to the location to pick it up. I was in the area wanted a bite to eat and contacted Customer Support regarding the issue. I was told someone will get back to me within 48 hours. But I'm welcomed to speak with the manager at the location who may have knowledge of the item not being picked up. I must say the employees in the manager or very welcoming respectful and helpful. They communicated to each other what my issue was and made sure that it was taken care of without hesitation. I really appreciated that service and I want to say Miss Terry, Brandon and her crew you all are doing an awesome job Thank you!

I have to get a refund. It's Russia roulette customer service each one on night shift need to be replaced or retrained. Ordering one thing will be better, if you don't want half of your order to sit there till they get around to it. They made me not want to order online again.

So if you have to clarify your order THREE times, and then the order is COMPLETELY WRONG, then you should get someone who understands English and know how to put 2 sandwiches in the register. NEVER coming here again.
