If I could I would give it zero stars!For a company that started life in Jacksonville, I would think that they would be top notch, especially in a town where they started in business in.I have yet to go to one single Burger King in Jacksonville that I would give a single star to.Always a complete cluster bomb, no matter which one I have been to and don't even bother contacting customer service, they're a joke too.Supposedly Burger King is about to reinvest a bunch of money back into their restaurants, let's hope that they start by paying more money to employees who actually do the work so maybe the employees will actually show up to work.

These folks do not mess around,when it comes to good food & service! Placed our order & got our delicious food,pretty quickly. And it was exactly what we wanted.No mistakes or waiting in drive thru forever.Other Burger Kings around JAX,could sure learn from this one.Nice work,folks!

In my opinion this is the best location on the Westside of Jacksonville Florida. Straight up. I usually don't even take the time or devote the brain power to writing reviews. UNLESS, a particular experience somewhere left an impression on me whether it be positive or negative. If you have experienced what the the fast food industry has to offer here on 103rd Street in Jacksonville Florida you know its unbelievably like, alright now where's the camera somebody's got to be pranking me trying to get me to spaz horrible. Im not even going there right now. This is a positive review. If you're on the Westside of Jax Fl and in the mood for Burger King i highly recommend this location. They'll get your order correct, fresh, and fast without an attitude. The employees are laid back and very patient and helpful with a sense of humor tied in. Check em out.

Usually great experience and customer service, this time was an order with the app taking my $ and the store not receiving the order which caused confusion and irrational conversations between the workers trying to figure it out .

This is the slowest BK in Jacksonville. It has been 37 minutes that I’ve been waiting in the drive thru line and if it wasn’t for them already taking my money, I would have been left. Truly ridiculous

I've been there several times in the last month . no cars in parking lot just drive thru .and your still waiting 20 to 30 mins to get your food .
I brought the code to the window she told me it wasn't correct and then the man i got it from went back the next day and went right in with it and well got the burger...soo well thats a half of Gallon of gas i have to pay for with no sandwich

The speaker wasn't working so we had to drive to the second window to order. The customer service of the woman at the window was just like wow! She just stared at us when we drove up instead of saying "how can I help you?" *** The food was decent. I got an impossible whopper but the fries were a bit over salted. Overall, my experience here was kind of blah. I probably won't be going back.
