Waited in the drive thru around 1pm on Monday, December 16th. The line, about 6 cars ahead of me did not move for 10 minutes. So I left. Worst possible service!!

20 minutes to leave someone at the ordering line in drive thru. I am beyond done with non existent service with nothing BUT EXCUSES on why service is bad. I’m at my wits end with bad service at my absolute end. I will be spending my money else where permanently -

This location has the worst service. EVERY time I've ordered from here, there has been something wrong with my order. You ask for a bacon buritto, you get sausage. You order a meal, something is missing. If they don't have a drink you ordered, they arbitrarily substitute it without asking if that's ok with you. Better to just go out of my way further down the road to the Orange Park location on Blanding.

This BK is really the best. There are two closer to my work but I go out of my way to this one couple times per week. The food always comes out hot, line moves fast, employees always great attitude, manager is involved and friendly. I truly believe this is as good as it can get and it starts with the manager on down. - Mobile order for Mike! (Goodwill manager)

Ordered via app. Couldn’t order new fiery fries or fiery sprite drink. Took over 20 minutes to receive order, no one was even there. Fries were not fresh at all. Condiments were sticky and disgusting. No one had gloves, lady getting our drinks kept picking at her face and hands and putting her hands in her pockets. Asked us to pull up (3 value meals) so I figured it would all be fresh, it wasn’t. Then they came out and asked me to get out of the car to get the food because they couldn’t open the door? Waste of $40! Should have went to Wawa! I would not recommended. This is reoccurring theme at pretty much every Burger King I’ve been to here in Jax. No wonder they are closing so many stores!

This location used to be atrocious, but the girls who worked Tue Jul 30 in the afternoon killed it! They gave me eye contact and politely waited for me to order while they were busy. The boys in the back grill area took pride in their work and I enjoyed my sandwich! Thanks to the manager on duty and everyone hard work in turning this rachet store around.

I’ve been coming to this Burger King since the 90s and I’ve seen this place get worse and worse throughout the years and I don’t think it can get any worse I want know because me and my family and friends will never eat here again after the disrespect your employees showed my wife on the night of July 10th 2024 they were the last straw and when I said friends and family I meant my followers and everyone I know on GODS green earth. SMH!!!# HORRIBLE

Thought it was “Fast food”. Ordered through the app thinking it’d be easier and quicker. Wrong lol seems as though they can only handle one order at a time while everyone else is made to wait at the drive through ordering box. VERY ghetto. Would not recommend??
