Waited 15+ mins with just 2 cars in front of me for the drive thru. I eventually just left for McDonald’s for how long it was taking. Also they had told me the inside orders were shut down when I tried to do that first, so it’s not like there were a ton of people inside.

They seem to be put of everything: syrup, condiments, orange juice, etc. lnstead of warning you about no syrup for French toast sticks, they'll just bag it up and hand it to you.You've already paid so you can't protest that you have zero condiments provided to you. This is not the first time that this has happened, but it will likely be the last....as I'm not coming back here.

2nd window girl employee w long braids who is preparing her order close to the window, holding the brown bag, and her hand, took her right hand and rubbed her face from sweating in the oils in her skin, rubbed her face all over with her own right hand, and then continued to hold our food and put it in the bag it was absolutely disgusting not to mention she has long artificial braids that were hitting the bag as the food was going in and she came to the window. She had long colored plastic nails on that were 3/4 the length of a pencil why is this allowed in the food restaurant? This is absolutely appalling. Do you self a favor keep driving don’t stop at this lousy Burger King absolutely disgusting two employees present at most handling trash food drinks as well as themself not enough staff on duty. ?BYPASS this DUMP QUICKLY

Service was horrible. Asst manager walking around looking on his phone for 5 mins. Finally came to the counter to take order. Had to repeat it 3 times (yes I speak English ). Got the food. Asked for ketchup... We don't have any. Seriously, no dispenser, no packets. What day food restaurant doesn't have ketchup? Fries were hot, cheese on sandwiches weren't even melted, and barely warm. This place, in the 8 years I've lived a half mile away, has always sucked. Only stopped because a friend wanted to. Sad sad place..

Service should be -10. All of it should be -10. Waited 25 with ne car ahead of me. The lady that takes orders is rude barely understandable over the intercom. I ordered a plain kids burger, had to repeat 5 time plain please just to get a kids burger with everything on it. Do yourself a favor for your money, do not go here. I sure never will again.
Only go here if you want to guarantee your order will be wrong. Oh, and they're slick with it too. I checked my order thinking they gave me a chicken Jr when really they slipped a fish filet in the bun and wrapped it in a chicken wrapper to make it look good. Make sure you don't order from your mobile and go in the drive thru, even though they lock the door you're not allowed to do a mobile order and be in their drive thru, I guess that's why they gave me fish instead of chicken. Disrespectful.

This location is just tired and in need of a refurbishing. To maintain your appetite, order from the drive thru. Don't go inside. Sad, because I do enjoy a whopper every now and then and have to drive a different BK.
