Slooooow drive thru...food not fresh..
I can't believe I spent $40 and they didn't give me part of the order and they gave me this cripi chicken like this, I feel like I wasted my money

I want to make this clear this is based off my experience, I do not eat burger King. I'm an Uber eats delivery. The dollar tree duke from nttv and the morning staff there either needs more staff or need to be replaced. They literally said literally little to nothing. The dollar tree duke has an stank attitude that makes you not even want to be in there. The took a long time to complete the order in which no one was bagging the food at all until dollar tree duke and a nice lady that had blonde hair in a low cut actually gave me my food other than that everyone was looking around dumb in the face. It also wasn't busy and a doordaher came in after me and sat there for a long time with nothing being said to him either. Staff is terrible.

Customer service was bad, food was alright. Ordered a Whopper with cheese. Cheese barely covered the entire Burger. I asked for another piece and I got dirty looks from the staff.

Service is still trash, food was not much better. Nobody spoke to me when I walked in, 3 customers in line, not one employee spoke to them. They remodeled the building, but couldn't fix the internal issues with the employees. Took 25 minutes to get my food.

Had a problem with the manager. Very unprofessional when they got my order wrong and I had to circle around in traffic to get it corrected.The first sandwich was cold anyway & I also requested fresh fries and he refused. Never ever would I argue with a customer over fries if I got the order wrong., plus patrons were in there. He wasn’t trained correctly cause the right thing to do would be to remake the entire order… some reason people today lack customer service. Guess he was the fry police and took his little power seriously.. he acted as tho I came Off the street begging for free food. I’m assuming he was an asst manager cause I requested the manager , he said he was and that they other manager “ doesn’t play” & she was in a meeting and unavailable… what does that mean ?idk , I guess if they mess up your order u don’t get replacement fries... u don’t get it your way at Burger King & if I see him there , I’ll pass on spending my money.
Another thing: the drive thru lady was nice but the staff needs to speak up when they see that wanna be store owner behave unprofessionally the light toned tall slim dude.. I can’t let it go. I worked at this location when I was a teen , I’ve worked customer service, & cust service retail when I younger & I would never fight with a customer over fries when I got the order wrong .. ever . U remake the order so the customer has what should have been presented in the 1st place, that’s called making them whole. I SUGGEST IF ANYONE HAS ISSUES WITH THIS LOCATION, CONTACT CORPORATE cause he needs to be retrained or find another job where he doesn’t have to deal with people.

It is newly remodeled and it is terrible, there is no control inside, they are not organized at all, the box is alone, equally terrible service

They remodeled very nicely, so I visited the place.
The staff can improve in personal appearance and the food in its preparation is very disorganized, you don't feel like eating. I might come back in three months when I forget the bad experience.

Attitude, attitude, attitude. Drive thru is so slow, but don’t get out the car to go in. You’ll be more frustrated 😤 than before. Service is out the window, although the redesign is new the service obviously hasn’t changed. I went for a simple whopper combo and it took them over 20 minutes to get my daughter’s food ready. Management was just as lost as the crew. I won’t be coming back to this one again, you can take that to the bank.

I was in there and it took almost 20 minutes for my food. That wasn’t the issue the issue was the manager or whatever he’d like to call himself was down talking his employees saying why is it taking 10 minutes to make 3 burgers idk my guy as a manager if I seen my team struggling I’d pitch in instead of standing around but still you got a bunch of high schoolers working and you’re a grown man talking down to kids it’s pathetic. I don’t care to wait but I hate hearing you down talk kids. I’ve gone to this location several times and people are just rude and stare at you and don’t say nothing barely and they gave me the wrong items I didn’t even care to turn around since I had waited so long in the lobby. Also I asked for a ice cream cone for my child that I ordered at the kiosk I had to ask for it and the dude gave my baby ice cream in a CUP with no spoon ..
It's Burger King, I like the new self-service machines.
