Ordered my food on the app and when I got there they argued with me and said your at the wrong location. Then they finally told me to pull up to the window I showed them their app and that I ordered from their location they said I don't know what to tell you. The staff are very rude the food when I finally got it was cold. I am to the point I will never go to Burger King, I will go to Whataburger or Checkers instead.

I parked in the Burger King parking lot to walk inside the Dunkin’ Donuts directly next to the Burger King store - 5 minutes in and out to get my coffee. The assistant general manager (I did not get his name) screamed at me how I couldn’t park there, walking up to my car as my father was inside taking pictures of my license plate. He then followed me inside Dunkin’ Donuts to yell at their manager. I have never felt so unsafe in a public setting. The ladies at Dunkin’ Donuts explained that this isn’t the first time this has happened but I want to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone. I would love to speak to the general manager regarding this issue.

Whopper with cheese meal,pie and, my son ordered a plain bacon cheese burger and we stood for 30 minutes before got it right. What a mess that was. Just gave us a lg fries which was half cooked. It was ok, should have gotten a refund. At least the pie was fresh.Very,Very poor. Poor also. It was ok. Will not be going to THAT burger king again. Chose another one. Not at all. Takeout order. It's not going to change so no. Yes they did. It Sucks.

This used to be a pretty good location. We would drive a little further to come here, but lately the on duty manager has been consistently rude. She's an older woman with salt and pepper braided hair she wears in a bun. If it were not for her rudeness. It would be OK there. No worries, I won't be back!
That was one small cheese burger 🍔 smh and the Chicken Sandwich was next to it from the trio.The fries were cold.

Worst place on 103rd to deal with employees care more about dancing and and dead singers and phones and nails and hair then making orders…. When the food prep gentleman with glasses has to come from back and ask you have you been help and tries to get assistance from others and they ignore him I wish nobody fired but 3 people working g with him today should have more training or fired no hair nets and no people skills their there just for check

Very Disappointing Experience
I ordered the Spicy Wrap from Burger King, and it was a complete disappointment. When I opened it, the wrap was burnt, cold, and so tough I could barely chew it. I don’t live far from this location, so there’s no reason my food should’ve been ice cold by the time I got it. It honestly looked and tasted like it had been sitting out for a while.
On top of that, the staff and manager were extremely rude, pushy, and disrespectful when I tried to mention the issue. The lack of professionalism was just as bad as the food. I won’t be coming back — definitely not worth the money or the attitude.
