I moved out of state but my mom still lives in Jacksonville. I wanted to do a nice gesture because my mom is elderly, and disabled. I ordered a breakfast meal combo and cinniminis for her from the website. The delivery driver asked if I ordered 2 meals and I said no. When I checked my credit card account, I noticed I had been double charged so I asked if I would get a refund. The driver asked the manager and I was informed I would get a refund. The food was delivered to my mom and all seemed well. I checked my credit card account again and no refund was issued. I called this location, spoke to the manager, and she said I would not be receiving a refund. So basically, I was charged twice for one meal and expected to just pay for it. I contacted the corporate office and they offered me a $10.00 coupon for a $23.00 order, but no refund would be issued. I informed them that they are fraudsters and would never get my business again.

Stopped here at 6pm November 2. Went through the drive-through the employee gave me a damage soda cup, which was a large full of fruit punch when I grabbed the cup. It spilled all over me inside of the car all over my car all over the passenger seat. He then started laughing like it was funny that the fruit punch build all over me when he gave me a damaged cup No wonder this place is empty.

We stopped by this Burger King and waited at the counter for about 10 minutes. All the employees were there, but they were only serving drive-thru customers and completely ignored everyone inside — even people who had already ordered and were waiting for their food. No one said “please wait” or even acknowledged us. Another man came in, waited for a bit, and left, and we did the same. It felt like we were invisible. Terrible service.
The morning Crew is awesome . They get me in and out . A young lady I think she said her name is day knows my voice she makes the start of my day good to know you still have good people in this world is a good feeling keep her on you guys TEAM .

I really enjoy their breakfast sandwich combination. 👨🍳
The chef makes a decent and nice sized bacon croissant breakfast sandwich. I really wish for a nicely fluffy and just very lightly buttery croissant with fully cooked and not yet crispy bacon, just cooked and not dry egg, and nice layer of melted cheese covering and just slightly overhanging the sandwich. I really wish for fresh, local, and high quality ingredients. 🥐 🍳 🧀 🥓
Also, I wish for the chef to make a nice side of medium golden hashbrowns dusted with light salt. I love a side of ketchup for the potatoes and slightly the sandwich. 🥔 🧂 🍅
I wish for a medium sized and medium green side salad with ranch.
I have high food expectation and wish for wonderful quality. I wish to try eating inside. ✨ 🍽️
