Drive late night.10:39pm Asked me to "take a minute and review the menu". Waited almost 10 minutes while the mic was open and they handled some inside customers and complained about the door still being ulocked. When he finally got back to me, it tool 3 attempts to place and order each time interrupted as they have a tendancy to do at BK. Gave up went yo McDonald's. They seem to have an issue when you want have it your way. Don't bother with this location. AWFUL!!!! and I thought the ones in Eustis were bad.

I don't want to give it a star at all.Walked in and stood there for 5 min ,girl walks up and stands in front of me and says nothing and stares at me ,I guess that was the sing to order , after I paid I waited 10 mins. While the manager was taking employees orders to Starbucks while the girl with the weedshot eyes want to text people and the other man doing dishes ordering Starbucks, and the drivethru girl say hey anyone gonna make food because there are 3 in drive-thru and 3 in front . WTH

15 min waiting at the speaker. Cars lined up, no explanation except “soon”. Worst service ever. Can’t even leave cause cars in front waiting for their order.

Not only does restaurant sometimes get your order wrong from but apparently their employees are rude. They also hold up cars at the first window of their drive through until the order is ready before sending them to the second window to feign quick service even though there's a line backed up to the parking lot and they take forever to get your order out. Normally, each Saturday morning when I order code #2207 at this location, the experience is at most times, tolerable. Today, I am saying, the welcome to Burger King feeling, totally nonexistent when I needed the manager (Ms. Felicia) to understand that I wanted everything to be made fresh, that's including the bun. I didn't want a sandwich that was sitting underneath a heat lamp. By the time I get across the street to where I work, my food is cold. My hash brown are like plastic pallets, the bread on my sandwich is hard and dry on the bottom. Depending on whose on staff, my order is sometimes done correctly. Ms. Patricia and daughter, I appreciate your service and attention to detail. Great Job to her. Ms. Felicia, on behalf, I apologize if you felt that it was too much of a bother for you to make sure that I received the Great service that's widely advertised in all of the BK television ads, hoping I didn't come across as being rude in my request.Have It Your Way wasn't happening for me this morning. Ms. Felicia told me twice to go to the second window instead just listening to how I want my order to be. I proceeded to the second window to cancel my order, if you're not going to listen to what I have to say. I don't feel welcome to spend my money here.BK-NEVERTHELESS, Have A Great Day
