I go by here every morning at 8am after dropping my kids to school and its never open. Even in thr afternoon sometimes they're drive thru is closed. Just shut it down already.

Lost for words with this location. Race seems to be an issue. They purposely over look white people and ignore them. There will be a follow up, to further prove this matter. Doing better, is knowing better!

Placed a mobile order, went to the drive thru to pick it up, immediately the drive thru lady was rude in tone, attitude and just how she spoke to us. I was missing items, I went back in and nicely asked for my missing drinks and fries, to which the drive thru lady slammed my cups down and told me to fill it myself. I told her I didn't appreciate her attitude. She asked me if I expected her to fill my drinks for me, I responded with no, I expect to not be treated with foul attitude. The manager was there, did nothing to deescalate the situation. Just sat quietly like a coward. This order for my two autistic children who live burger king. I will never waste a single penny on this company again.

Close the store at this point and forget it was ever there. I've never eaten at a place with more lazy ,Ignorant, and disrespectful people. Service was trash and the burger was cold! The guy handed me my order as I asked him a question and he just turned around and walked off. Avoid this place at all cost

I have not eaten Burger King in a long time and today I was in the area at a class and I had one hour to eat lunch and I decided to go to the Burger King as I was driving by it. It was orderly inside - the place was clean and I was treated kindly and respectfully by the Service representative at the counter. I ordered the two whopper juniors because it was cheaper than getting a regular whopper and it was also cheaper than buying one whopper Junior by itself because they had a special - five dollars. I waited about three or four minutes at the most period. I noticed in the back the manager was making sure everything was moving along and all the people that are working back there or wearing gloves and they were really nice. The work atmosphere seems to be very nice at this particular. Burger King. I am happy I stopped in. It is a very nice place to stop for a meal in Springfield on Main Street. When I’m in the neighborhood, I will stop back again.

Place is so dirty lazy worker making sandwiches looking like he hates life soda machine dirty eating area nasty food was cold and I had to wait forever for it.

This is the worst Burger King in the world I have ordered from them 3 times and 3 times I have not received my order the managers are unprofessional they stole $30 off of my credit card and I need got my order because their grill was down it's up the street but I'd rather starve before I give them anymore of my money they should be shut down,!!!

Limited selection, as grill was down when I got there, but eventually up for lunch. Delicious food, as always. Staff was short with me; but, polite to my friend. They were loud and yelled a lot. Drive thru didn't back up until the grill got repaired.

Wheelchair accessibility: Pretty obvious ramp on the Main Street side, opposite of drive thru, right on the front sidewalk; can access front AND side entrances. Good entry. We appreciated that.

Very rude employees. Placed a mobile order for drive thru and they said it’s not ready you need to come inside. I said I was not coming in I’ll wait for it to be ready and they didn’t give me 2 of my 8 peice nuggets. So I had to go back and they was very rude didn’t even put the food in a bag just handed it to me.

You tell me how you would feel if you were waiting at the speaker for nearly a minute in a hurricane with the window down calling out to a speaker without anyone responding to or greeting you. thinking it’s close since no one else is in line or has been, you drive up to the window to find a group of kids chatting and fumbling to out on a headset. Now covered/sheltered from the rain and gusts at the window, you ask to order there instead of at the menu exposed to the wind and rain of a hurricane to be met with these 5 words: “you can drive back around,” which she then repeats in response to (1) the hurricane and (2) uncovered speaker, (3) how soaked I already was from sitting there with my window down (4) calling out without a response for a minute, and (5) there being no one else in line the entire time. Me, well I think whomever is responsible for hiring, training and quality control should be fired along with every person working there this evening. It’s bad enough to be rude, slow, horribly prepares, and unapologetic, but this was a next level lack of humanity in my opinion. I hate giving bad reviews. I don’t like Karens. And I do generally like Burger King. However, here if felt like it had to be done. If only 0 out of 5 stars were possible, then that is what I would give.
