I've been to a lot of BK restaurants in Jacksonville, and this one is by far the one I'd recommend to anyone who's never been to one in DUUUU-VAALLLLL. The service was fast, extremely fast, and very quiet atmosphere, and I was out of there very quickly. Thanks BK

Employees mistreated my wife I'm sure it's because she's white and I'm black, I work hard for my money and this isn't the first time that I have been mistreated by this same employer and when I spoke up they refused to serve us but it's okay because we can take our money to a place that is cleaner

This place is totally racist the employees attitudes are just nasty towards light skinned people, I went in with my husband whom is African American & I'm Caucasian. Going here makes me not want to go back into any Burger King establishment ever again. Not too mention their tables & countertops were nasty & bathroom just filthy

I went into this Burger King establishment & the employees totally mistreated me. My daughter asked for them to redo the shake that I bought & instead of doing so they got the money & disrespectfully tossed it toher. The manager then tried to fight my 13 year old daughter this was after we spent almost $40 to eat here. The place was dirty inside & employees attitudes were just terrible

Morning Management is ridiculous the guy acts like its a problem to correct a order they messed up and I used to ŵork there prior and I never got paid and I've tried to talk to him and he acted like he has nothing to do with me getting my check and he is who the corporate office told me I had to contact and. He act like its a problem with helping me get intouch with someone who will help me get my paycheck its been almost a year and still haven't got paid yet Unbelievable ...because he doesn't consider an employee getting his paycheck is important enough to send a email or give me a contact info...That's very degrating and so unprefessional as the manager.....and show what type of person he really is. I wouldn't care if I was a New Manager anyone who claims they worked there ain't didn't get paid I would have got there info and made sure that employee got paid...managers are paid to handle those type of situations period...I still have not been paid yet...my w2-just came smh

Half my food is missing, the soda is all carbonation and no syrup, and it took me about 20 minutes to get through. Attempted to call to get it fixed but phone number listed just says no one is available to take my call.
