Went here for my Granddaughter because i promised a toy n food because i upset her. The main thing was a kid meal toy she wanted. Ordered 2 kids meals when we got are order my Granddaughter said I want my toy, so I looked in the bags and it was a empty cup in both bag , so I drove back n asked if a toy was suppose to be included in the kids meals and with attitude she said well o put 2 empty cups in the bag that's the toy for now.. So I paid for annual empty cup.. SAD! I Will never go back. We're being charged for it but when it's out we still have to pay.. What is are world coming to.. The kids are the future but it's not looking good for them.. SAD

They forgot the cheese on my daughter's Burger instead of remaking the burger and giving it to me the girl with the red eyebrows and hair gave me a piece of cheese to put on the burger myself ugh really

I came in at 9:40am. Nobody in the lobby. Nobody in the drive-thru. And apparently, no workers on the clock, as I heard them making small talk in the kitchen. I swear, customer service is a lost art these days. Lazy people.

This location is the worst. Rude employees, understaffed and so slow, don't even acknowledge you at the counter or window have left after 20 minutes of sitting there two times now tried to give them another change and month later, same issue. Do not waste your time going here

Do Not order delivery from this location. Whoever delivers for them does not care if you get your food or not. The driver dropped my food in front of a random building in my complex and then told me well I brought it. The location does not even have a working phone number so you know they don't care. Can't comment on the food cause tho I paid $30 plus for kid meals and desserts, another family ate. God bless that family who found a bag of food.
