Ordered at the drive through, when we pulled up we weren't acknowledged. In fact, the person said nothing the entire time when we were at the window. Worst BK ever visited, your employees need customer service training! Order Id: AADJHNEYAGBX

This was the worst fast food experience I have ever had!! As I waited for my food for 20 mins I was told to pull up and I refused. The lady named Shaylan (wouldn’t give me her name idk if this is her name as she wasn’t wearing a uniform.) then followed with verbally assaulting me! She asked me if I wanted to get out of the drive thru and come in the kitchen to make my own food! I then asked for a refund as I didn’t receive my food. She refused to leave the window and continued to verbally attack me. After another 6 mins the manager came over. When the manager came over Shaylan then started to verbally assault her own manager. After the manager issued me a refund u could see Shaylan scream at me through the window and cuss me out. When I was about to drive away she threatened me to meet her in the parking lot! I don’t won’t anyone to be in a position like this!! Please proceed with caution if you ever go here!!!

Did not get the right order, went in to get it fixed come to find out only two ladies are working but not happy. After waiting for 15min I left without the right item. They were not polite at all for having a customer based job.

Always wrong always they dont care at this store not even a little. I have only tried it like 3 or 4 times very spread out. And everytime its wrong and very bad. Just go to another fast food chain burger king is dead and the only people that get a job there just want to sit around and get a pay check without doing any work.

Wow. This has to be the worst BK Ive been to in quite awhile. I should have known better than to stop at this location when there wasn't any customers there. I mean, at all. Not inside the restaurant not in the drive thru.
I went thru the drive thru & the girl that took my order sounded as if she were high as hell. When I pulled to the window to give her my money she had the audacity to ask me for spare change! 🫨 Who does that?! Is that even okay for an employee of a restaurant to panhandle at the drivethru they work at?! I felt put on the spot so I have her a couple of dollars in change as she handed me my bag of food.
Now, the food was j I'm at as bad. I ordered the chicken sandwich with Swiss - bacon on it. Extra pickles & mayo, onion rings & a drink. The onion rings were actually the best part of the meal. I have no complaints there. But that fried sponge (aka chicken sandwich) was horrible. Okay so that chicken breast had to be put in the oil at least 3x bc it was hard & dry as hell. I couldn't even chew it without taking a drink to help get it down my throat. While they made sure it had the extra mayo & pickles, everything else about the sandwich was bad. I ate 3 more bites of it bc I was starving but I couldn't finish it. No matter how hungry I was I just couldn't make myself choke any more of it down.
All in all, I was very dissatisfied with my whole experience at this BK location. It'll be quite an awhile before I go to another BK again.

Someone needs to do something about their unbelievably ignorant male assistant manager, I had an online order, the female assistant manager helped me without any issues. AFTER I got my food he wants to pipe up and go on a little ignorant bout that I shouldn’t have been served, asking “do you wanna play games” after it was already handled as I mentioned. Incompetent and ignorant to say the very least.

Today my wife went to Burger King and made a large order for our family. The woman who took the order behaved very disgustingly. She laughed at the order, as if it was too much or something like that. The others who were taking orders also behaved inappropriately. And I’ve noticed that this kind of disgusting customer service is very common in this Burger King location. And this should not be happening. I’m also afraid to even imagine how they prepare those meals, those burgers, and what they do while making them.

After this incident, I went to Google Reviews and looked up this location. I was shocked to see that customers leave very negative reviews. And in this situation, it shouldn’t be like that. Either this restaurant should be closed at this location, or the staff needs to be replaced.

DO NOT GO HERE! WICKED SLOW, DUMB EMPLOYEES THAT CAN'T UNDERSTAND SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS. Employee couldn't remember what I just ordered and asked if I wanted this, this or that burger. I told her Bacon King, just the sandwich. After ordering a double burger, which I never said I wanted, the manager had to intervene and get my order right. Then I had to wait 20+ minutes for a burger that hadn't been made for me! They gave me someone else's bacon king burger after I told them if I didn't get my order I would demand my money back. This place should close!

I never leave reviews, but I made a Gmail account just for this. After making a mobile order, I got to the restaurant 15 minutes later, They tell me to park and wait. I waiting for 25 minutes! And one car was already waiting ahead of me for who knows how long. And to top it off, when the girl finally brings out my food, she ask if she can have some change…for her personally. Zero standards from this place and just an awful experience. Just close it down already.
